"Groove do Rio" promo videoBoris signed "Groove do Rio", the second single out the EP "The Rio Thing", with the upcoming Cachaça brand Rio Rum as the theme for its new website, which will be launched before the end of 2009. "Groove do Rio" is a high energy track infused with Brazilian percussion.

Sun, beach, Caipirinha, Samba, Carnaval, Brazil and "Rio" music...
"The Rio Thing" is a three track EP featuring tracks inspired by a Brazilian martial art (Capoeira) and several folkloric dances (Frevo, Baião, Maculelê, Olodum, etc).

"State of Soul" and "Groove do Rio" are Funky House tracks infused with Brazilian vibe and percussion, while "Batuk Baiano", is a downtempo/Samba-Reggae dance beat, combining Bahia's Olodum drums with synths and regional instruments.

"The Rio Thing" is available for download at several online stores, including the iTunes store, Amazon.com, lala.com and eMusic.
