So yeah, here it is...
Been thru some real shit recently, and all I can say is it makes you see who your real mates are and in other cases, aren't.
The times when I needed to talk some poeple were there, and some people weren't.
I hope those of you who have been there understand that I love and appreciate each and every one of them, and that Ill never forget the way they pulled together for me.

For those who didn't, fuck off.

And that's all I have to say on the matter, cos from on I'm living for the day! What's the worse that could happen?
Thanks.

So, the bands going okay and we're finally starting to dig our heels in...

The last gig (tut) didn't go quite as planned, yes i did a drum solo whole heartedly, but the gig wasn't really a 'showstopper' I guess thayt's one thing you have to get used to. You can't pull off crowdmoving gigs every night, sometimes they're inredible and other times, not so.

Well at least we're making head way and starting to write some really impressive shit.. altough my friends list hasn't improved much... oh well!

Current mood:  contemplative
Category: Religion and Philosophy

The universe is a time-controlled sphere.

We spin inside this sphere, folowing a continuing pattern of day, leading to evening leading to night leading to morning. The world itself follows it's own motions, turning once every twenty-four hours and around the sun once every three hundered and sixty-five days.  I know that you know this, I know you're not so stupid as to question the basic facts, such as this, that our society is founded upon.

What about god?

Our society is brought up with images of there being some higher power around us. Churchs, Mosques, Citadels and Temples are a large part of the building surrounds every British city bringing in hundreds of thousands on dates of religious importance to its' doors. How many of these individuals though, question the reality of their God. The basic facts, as above, cannot be argued. How many of those facts does God have a place in? He does not surccumb to day or nights, he knows not the values of light and he has not felt the harshness of winter. If God is real within the basis of this world, how come he does not 'allow' himself to be a player under the same rules?

We, afer all, are made in the figure of God Himself, if that is so how come we do not life forever?

In my opinion, if god is real, he is scared. Perhaps scared of the world he created, or scared that one day the world will not recognise him. I do not recognise him in the eyes of the church, and therefore I am 'supposed' to be damned for all eternity into the pits of hell.

A once asked a priest that if God was real, would he mind me not going to church on Sundays, nor being Christened or following a life as written in the bible.

He answered "Oh yes, of course He will mind my boy, you must go and worship beneath Him and through his gates, the gates of the church are the only place God will recognise."

If this is true, I wonder if God needs a floorplan.
