@ Proud Galleries, London, 18th November 7.30pm - 1.30am
Our very own club night Narrow Minded Social Club goes from strength to
strength people! This month we have...
The Paddingtons who release their single
"Shame About Elle" on 23rd November.The Padds
are currently in the studio recording an EP – due out early 2010. The 5 track
EP features all new tracks recorded and produced by Anthony Rossomando and Didz
Hammond (Dirty Pretty Things) and includes a duet with
Adam Green.
Also "live" we have Jersey Budd (the new Paul Weller, trust us!) who has just
got back from a mega 3 week tour of europe with us (we have drunk for England!), London lads Buster Shuffle
who are recieving ace reviews of their debut album and sound a bit like
Madness, Karova who are proper rock and roll and Agile Beast who sound a little
bit like Mike Skinner if he was in The White Stripes!
We'll also be DJ'ing as will top geezer Steve Harris (XFM) and She Bangs The
Drums till 1.30am to make this THE club night to be at. Recent guests to Narrow
Minded Social Club include The Twang, The Kaiser Chiefs, Kasabian and Kate
Nash. Not bad for a 5er hey?!
