Rosa Evelyn Marsh was born 26th May 2009 at 14.54 weighing 8 pounds and 2 ounces.
She is 10 days old today and we have just got home from the registration office. Her middle name Evelyn is the name of her living great grandmother.
Ava loves the new arrival and kisses her all the time.
We are enjoying a month at home as a family to get to know our beautiful little girl!
Lots of love

Hello everyone. Its been so long since I wrote a blog I don't know where to start.
Things a been very hectic of late.Mediaeval Baebes album number six "Illumination" is finally available. Thankyou to everyone who pre ordered it. I hope you enjoy the bonus tracks I recorded in my home studio.
The Mediaeval Baebes have just finished a European tour and after only a 4 day break have embarked on a tour of America. I am writing this blog from my hotel room in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The American tour started with a weekend of performances at our beloved Maryland Rennaisance Fayre. This is the 4th time we have played there and it just gets better every time.
Of course I'm really missing my family. This is the longest I've ever been away from little Ava (now 20 months). I have just discovered the joys of Skipe which makes it all a lot easier.
Katharine Blake and band will be playing at this years Witchfest International November. We have a yet another all star line up. Nick Marsh (of course) on guitars and vocals. Kavus Torabi of the Cardiacs on acousic guitar, Ex Baebe Ruth Galloway on acoustic guitar, vocals and recorder, Marie Findley on vocals and percussion, is flying over from New York for the gig, Paul Winterhart from Kula Shaker is on drums and Joe Peet, is on bass
We will be performing some new material.
I hope to see you there.
Bye for now
