Hey Everyone,

The station had been neglected for about a month or so due to staff changes over on our end but I'm happy to announce that everything is up and running and better than ever! New tracks have been added from artists such as Gary84, The Fabulous Miss Wendy, Take To The Hills, Stone Parade, Chris Greene Project, and so much more!

Now you can listen to all of your favorite GKP Bands and if you check the scheduler for times you can also find out when to catch Interviews with your favorite bands as well as the Women Who Rock hour.

If you are in a band who has ever been or who will be a part of a GKP show and would like some airplay please send your mp3(s) to flower899@aol.com. Also, send over a message if you are interested in an interview/acoustic session with your band!

Thank you to everyone who came out to the Women Who Rock show last night to help support and raise awareness for NOW (National Orginization For Women). we made close to $300 on the raffle all to be donated to NOW- www.now.org plus on an even bigger scale we were able to get more people aware of the orginization and the need for women to still be strong and get their voice heard and at the same time celebrate all of the fabulous women musicians that are out there because we all know there arent enough!
Thanks to all of the amazing bands who played last night; Transit Authority, Dead Dolly, The Jennifer Project, Miracle Dolls, Lily Holbrook, The Fabulous Miss Wendy, Mystery Hangup, The Breakup, Pretty In Stereo, Red On Strike! If you didn't make it you missed a night full of non-stop phenominal music! also, thanks to Erin for giving such a wonderful speech, thanks to Thom from Harbinger for getting all of the starbucks coffee that was donated to the raffle, to FUZE for donating *10* cases, Church of Girl, Sugarbuzz Magazine, Scandalvision Clothing, Gloria Jeans, The Holograms/Teenacide Records, Kelly's Lot, Jay and Eric from The Moods for putting together the compilation Cd's for the night and all of their help! Fran from Titan Radio with his donations to the raffle plus mc'ing all night, all of the bands/artists who donated items, and again to *everyone* made it out. just by being there you already made a difference... and there were so many people involved in making the night as awesome as it was so thank you to everyone I didnt mention that was a big part of this event! Last nights turn out was so great I think we are going to have this event once a year so stay tuned for next time! but it wouldnt have been a success without you so big thanks to everyone! Together we really can make a difference :)

Due to my injurys I will not be taking on any more shows temporarly or really be able to help out much for a little while. I've contacted all of the bands that will be affected by this and none of the shows are going to be canceled
