Hey All, I have had so many problems trying to program my new phone that I thought I'd share my experience. I have the slvr red and it has been such a pain to configure but I have just managed to upload photos via my usb cable. i had to buy an additional sandisk micro secure digital card online at £26. The cable has to be disconnected to copy the pictures from the phone memory to the SD card and then when reconnected they can be dragged onto your computer. I can try to answer questions by email although I'm not very technically proficient, just trial on error. The phone or software seems to update itself every time you plug it in or unplug it and I got windows xp to start recognising it by going to settings, phone status, other information, MP3 ready but whether or not this was just a fluke, I don't know. From then xp just installed all the software automatically. Certainly perseverance seems to have paid off and I can now use the mp3 player and camera in conjunction with my computer. You can also google a crack to allow more than 100 songs to be saved but I haven't tried that yet. Good luck, it takes patience if you're a bit of a technophobe like me. Hope this helps. A
