SO...we went to the vet again.. a few weeks ago we had their rabies shots and ear treatments.. and today the babies got all their other boosters (and miles needed cough syrup and and antibiotic for allergies etc)

COST : $640.00 Almost had a stroke *lol* I mean..we just took them a few weeks ago ...Oh well..loves my babies.. AND pork chop goes back Friday to get fixed... and Miley goes back in 3 weeks to have a growth removed and teeth cleaned..that should be another 500 bucks *L*

BUT...I love them, just so they are healthy..but WOW I guess things have changed a lot..I remember taking Crew for boosters about 6 years ago for like 30 bucks *lol*

i miss my dad. it hurts my heart. I'd give everything I have ..everything I am- to have just 5 minutes with him. I'm not sad, my life is full.. in so many ways...but there will always be a place for him...that can not be replaced by anyone else. For everything he was, and everything he couldn't/wouldn't be..he was still my father -and I know he loved me. 

This is my song to him...I know that it is actually about our Heavenly father but I also hope to see my earthly father. It reminds me that this really isnt home :) I love you, Monkey.

Day 983 of my captivity...
My captors continue to taunt me with bizarre little dangling objects. They dine
lavishly on fresh meat, while the other inmates and I are fed hash or some sort
of dry nuggets. Although I make my contempt for the rations perfectly clear, I
nevertheless must eat something in order to keep up my strength.

The only thing that keeps me going is my dream of escape. In an attempt to
disgust them, I once again vomit on the carpet.

Today I decapitated a mouse and dropped its headless body at their feet. I had
hoped this would strike fear into their hearts, since it clearly demonstrates what
I am capable of. However, they merely made condescending comments about
what a 'good little hunter' I am. Bastards.

There was some sort of assembly of their accomplices tonight. I was placed in
solitary confinement for the duration of the event. However, I could hear the
noises and smell the food. I overheard that my confinement was due to the
power of 'allergies.' I must learn what this means and how to use it to my advantage.

Today I was almost successful in an attempt to assassinate one of my tormentors
by weaving around his feet as he was walking. I must try this again tomorrow --
but at the top of the stairs.

I am convinced that the other prisoners here are flunkies and snitches. The dog
receives special privileges. He is regularly released - and seems to be more than
willing to return. He is obviously retarded.

Ok ladies, I need addresses! shookie and paige are trying to plan my shower and I need everyone's addresses!! we havent set an exact date for the shower but it will probably be the beginning of May or possibly late April :) so send me a message with all your info!

what a weird week! it snowed like almost 5 inches...which it NEVER snows here.. but it was cool! well..until the tree fell through our back porch *L*  The trees here are pretty battered from the hurricanes so I guess it was on its last limb..(no pun intended) it even ripped the soffit and facia off. shew.  crazy... we have 2 ceiling fans on the back and they were still spinning  on the concrete and sparks were flying-scared me to death! nahs cool yo.

BUT it was good cause W took the day off  to call the insurance co etc and we started a fire and snuggled up in the cold!!! Mom and Terry sent pics of their house and it looked like they got more than we did.. it was gorgeous :) NOW it really feels like Christmas!

Mom's doing pretty well since her surgery and she's moving around some! I am so proud of her!! Hopefully she will be able to enjoy Christmas after a painful Thanksgiving ..I miss seeing her everyday!

Well, I am officially engaged. Yes, *lol* again. But I cant express how different this is. Most people dont even know I've been in a relationship because I havent really needed to gain anyones approval or even had the time to slow down to. Thats as it should be. We are living life. It is pretty sudden, but I know that it feels normal and right. :) I'm happy.

He actually didnt do any crazy surprise proposal, we shopped for rings for quite a while and want this to be perfect. He's 39 and I'm 31.. this will be a first marriage for both of us, and its very important to him that I'm happy and that we do everything right.

My ring is gorg. I have never had anything so beautiful..its perfect :)
I just want everyone to be happy for me and trust that this is the healthiest, happiest relationship I have ever been in ... and he adores me :) I dunno why *lol* but he does :) Wish me luck and keep us in your prayers!!

well.. walt got a silky terrier :) I know he more less got her because I wanted her but she is soooooo attached to him already. She's gonna be his baby! OMG I adore her!!! She's so beautiful and her name is Miley :) I'll post pics asap. She looks just like my Yorkie, Nugget I grew up with! I cant tell the difference between a silky and a yorkie but silkies are a more expensive breed and have a prettier coat. Shes LOVELY!
