Christ's main teaching is that one should "turn the other cheek" and "love our enemies" and that the "meek shall inherit the earth." His main message was one of love, not war and hatred. Never did Christ teach of violence of any sort.

The war-mongering, fascism of the Bush white-house is about as far from Christianity as anyone can get. I don't understand how people that call themselves Fundamental Christians can embrace this president -- he's an embarasement to anything Christian!

Anyone that can send innocent people to their deaths so their "oil buddies" can get rich is about as evil as anyone can get.

After hearing about the unfortunate death of the "Crocadile Hunter" followed by the arrest of "Dog the Bounty Hunter" I mentioned to friends that strange events like this always happen in threes and joked that I wouldn't be surprised if Martha Stewart got food poisoning or something (perhaps tainted spinnach)

I just about fell off my chair laughing when Mr. "Bible-Thumping" Bush himself was accused of being the Devil incarnate in front of the entire world at the United Nations! Ha ha ha!

Perhaps americans will realize that the "terror" they are experiencing is "blow-back" from evil deeds the Bush administration have commited.

I couldn't help but laugh-out-loud when I heard that Dog "The-Bounty-Hunter" Chapman and his compadres were arrested at gun-point by seven US Marshals as fugatives on Thursday. Ha ha ha ... now that's an episode I might watch!

In 2003 they were arrested in Mexico, posted bail but never returned for their court hearing. They fled the country!

Now they are being held in custody awaiting extradition to Mexico to face charges with a maximum sentence of eight years.

A good example of how Americans ignore the laws of sovereign nations, as if US laws are the only ones that matter -- a small example of the arrogance that makes them so hated around the world.

 I wonder if the justice department will intervene at the risk of insulting the Mexican's?

Two Columbine-style school massacres in two days?

What's up with that? Could it really be as simple as the explosion of violent video games?

I wish... the problem could be solved by simply banning them.

The cause is much deeper than that. American culture glorifies violence. A gun is always the solution to everyone's problems in the USA.

What do we expect in a culture that is so twisted that they think they can spread freedom and democracy at the point-of-a-gun? How many times have I seen American Cops blow some poor bastard away over some petty theft, and they celebrate the fact! Whatever he stole is replaceable un-needed 'stuff'... is that worth wasting a life over? Crime is a social problem brought on by poor economic planning.

And why is it that so few show the after-effects of violence instead of its Glory? What about the victim's family? Was he someone's son? Was he someone's father? Husband? What is so important that it requires you to take his life? Is it really worth the pain and suffering that is inflicted on the families of those killed?

What about effects on the shooter himself? No one seesm to want to talk about that. Unless he is a psychopath he's going to have to cope with the after effects of breaking the commandment: Thou Shalt Not Kill.

Is state sponsored murder really a good enough excuse when you meet your maker? The Holocaust was state sponsored murder too and the Nazi's were just doing thier jobs upholding the law.

The war in Afganistan is escalating.

The war in Iraq is escalating.

I can't help but wonder if this Middle-East war is going to go the same way as Vietnam or the famous "War on Drugs."

The Americans win a few battles, declare a quick victory for political purposes and then they get swamped by the enemy and lose the war!

What a waste of human lives!

I can't believe the American Public buys into these useless wars. Don't they know their children's lives are being traded for obscene profit-taking by huge military contactors and oil executives?

Blood for Oil Money... It's the Crime of the Century!
