Multi-platinum recording artist Donna Lewis and award winning Ryan Farish have released the first single of their much anticipated collaborative project.

The brand new single, "Dancing Angel," available worldwide via iTunes, Rhapsody, and all other major Digital Music stores features Donna's liquid, angelic voice, along with Ryan's compelling sound and production... its a perfect blend of uplifting energy and devastating beauty.

Donnas Lewis, widely know for her smash 1 hit "I Love You, Always Forever" (Now in A  Minute/Atlantic Records), is the perfect compliment to Farish's chart topping signature-filled electronica.

Ryan Farish and Donna Lewis are hard at work creating what will soon be the follow up recordings for their new collaboration, and are both very excited about the new music they are creating together!

The song "Dancing Angel" can be heard on the Ryan Farish myspace page.

"Dancing Angel" can be purchased through iTunes -

Wow...I'm actually doing more blogging....
Can you believe it?
Even though I've been busy with the record, most of my time is being Mum to Archie....which does'nt leave too much spare time...
Anyway, last week I spent some time in New York recording interviews for XM Satellite Radio, ABC news Radio and Westwood One Radio.....they were great!
Made a quick trip to Access Hollywood for an interview...don't know the date for air time as yet, but will let you know.
I also spent a few days rehearsing tracks from ''In the pink'' with Gerry Leonard on guitar and Doug Yowell on drums......the songs are sounding great as a trio and the boys are actually singing with me!!!!!!
The video for ''shout'' is still in editing mode....it's getting close...

Finally I just want to say a big thank you to all you fans for your continuing support.
I am so grateful

Welcome everyone! The link below will take you to the master list of radio stations in the US that have Shout, the first single from Donna’s new album. It is actually a list of station website links that will allow all of you easy access to a station near you so you can write or call in to request Shout.

Donna hopes you will!

These stations really do pay attention to which songs are being requested so remember, every request counts!

HERE’S THE LIST!

Greetings all,

February was a busy month! We've been working hard to back up the radio promotion for "Shout," the first single from my new album 'In The Pink' and things are definitely going well. The April 1st release date for 'In The Pink' in the US is coming up fast but we've got a great head-start.

We found such strong interest from the AC (adult contemporary) radio format that we've focused our energy there. This is the format that still plays "I Love You Always Forever" so regularly. The incredibly good news is that "Shout" has managed to get onto a very important radio chart – the "most added" chart. When new songs are released and promoted to radio stations, the radio stations "add" the ones they like and want to play. During Shout's first week of availability to AC radio stations enough "adds" were generated to place "Shout" in the number four slot in the most added charts. What a grand beginning!

This week then (starting March 3) is when "Shout" will start being played so keep an ear out and call to request if you hear it!

Another piece of good news is that 'In The Pink' will be released in Canada on April 1st as well as the United States. And regarding the upcoming release, Amazon.com is offering 'In The Pink' for pre-order. You can go to the 'In The Pink' page at Amazon.com and pre-order the album. Then, when April 1st rolls around it will be sent out to you. Here's the link for the Amzon.com 'In The Pink' page:

Amazon.com's In The Pink page

On other fronts we've recorded a great deal of outdoor footage for the video for "Shout." Now it's off to be edited and made into the final product.

The CD packages are done. We have a bunch of them here at home and they look great. I'm particularly proud to have been able to use some artwork that my sister did in the CD booklet.

"Shout" has been used in an indy film called '32A.' I am going to New York to view the film in early March. Gerry Leonard, who produced 'In The Pink,' wrote the score for the film and "Shout" will be the closing song.

This week I just found out that on iTunes "I Love You Always Forever" still generates over 1100 downloads per week – that's 12 years after its initial release! Let me take a moment here to thank all of you for that. THANK YOU!

I'm still rehearsing for live performances and getting ready for some upcoming interviews. So, all in all things are rolling along quite well. I'll keep you posted so check back soon.

All my love,  Donna

Well, the great news is that we've nailed down an official release date for In The Pink in the USA which is April 1, 2008. I know many of you have been waiting for a long time and I couldn't be more pleased to finally be able to bring you this news. We are still working on a release date for Canada so stay tuned for that.

"Shout," the first single from In The Pink is now starting to hit the Hot AC (hot adult contemporary) radio stations in the US. Hot AC is the most widely heard mainstream pop radio format outside of top 40 so if you keep listening, you should hear "Shout" soon!

"Shout" has seemed to strike everyone that has heard it as the most radio-friendly song on In The Pink, but those of you who have heard and loved "You To Me" should know that it may follow close behind. "Shout" is a long distance love song. Sometimes we forget to appreciate what's right under our noses, so "Shout" is a celebration of saying you care across a distance, about opening up to joy.

Performance rehearsals for In The Pink songs are moving ahead. I'll be working with musicians from the record. Of course, there are many other things in the works that I can't quite divulge yet.  For now, I'm just glad to share with you the release date and hope you'll visit again as things progress.

Love, Donna

Hello everyone,

I'm writing to fill you in on what's happening in my world and with my new record "In the Pink." Well, the best news is that we've managed to secure a release date for the album. My own label has entered into an agreement with Redeye Distribution for an early Spring '08 release of "In the Pink" in America and Canada.

Much of my energy lately has been spent in preparing the final album artwork. In addition to that, a lot of work is being done right now on the publicity plan for the album which will start to kick in in January. Also, you may want to check your favorite hot adult contemporary (Hot AC) radio stations in February for "Shout," the first single off the album. We are putting a radio promotion plan in place now and will be working hard from mid January to get that song positioned for airplay.

I can also tell you that we are in the early stages of putting together some footage for a music video, and in January I'll be starting rehearsals for promotional performances. It's also worth mentioning that I've managed to do some collaborating with recording artist Ryan Farish on a song that hopefully will appear on a future album of his.

So, things are indeed rolling forward and I can imagine that I'll have more and more news for you as time goes on. For now though, during breaks in the record cover preparations and all the rest I'm at home making Welsh cakes with my son, Archie.

All my best to you and happy holidays!

Love, Donna

Hi friends,

If you checked my last blog entry you know that 'Shout,' the first single off my new album 'In the Pink' is now available for download purchase in the UK.

Here are a couple of links to help you find 'Shout:'
If you have iTunes installed you can click here.
Your iTunes application should start and take you right to the 'Shout' page (this will only work if you are a UK resident).

Alternatively, you could click here.
This should also get you started with finding 'Shout' on iTunes (also UK only).

In the UK, a song charts based on the number of downloads it receives. That means that the more of you that go to an online store like iTunes and buy the song the higher it will climb in the UK charts. If as many of you as possible who live in the UK buy the song it will really show up on the charts and make it that much more likely that 'In the Pink' will be available soon. By the way, there is no rule that says you can't buy multiple copies of the download version of 'Shout,' so if any of you UK residents feel especially enthusiastic by all means let's make a traffic jam at iTunes!

My UK fans have been calling their local UK radio stations to request 'Shout' and it is making a difference. Downloading 'Shout' is bound to have even more of an impact so I am encouraging all my fans who live in the UK to download to their heart's content and enjoy my immense gratitude. And by all means keep calling the radio stations!

You know, I feel so fortunate to have such fantastic fans. Soon enough I hope, I'll be able to let you all know that you can finally buy 'In the Pink' worldwide. Until then my heartfelt thanks to you all!

Love, Donna

Hi friends,

I am writing to let you know that my first single, 'Shout,' off the new album is being released in the UK in August. 'Shout' will be available for download purchase only in the UK on August 20th. I know you may not live in the UK, and I'm sorry the new album isn't available yet. However, this UK release is a first step towards making my new 'In the Pink' album available worldwide. You have probably heard 'Shout' - if not, you can hear it in my music player in its entirety. Every radio station in the UK has the song NOW, and I've been writing to all my fans to encourage any who live in the UK to call their local radio stations to request that they play 'Shout' (the links below may assist in finding your local stations). If you don't live in the UK you can't be calling radio stations there, but if you know anyone that does live in the UK I'm hoping you'll forward them this message and encourage them to call.

If enough of you, your friends, family, and their friends and families request 'Shout' it can make a huge difference in our efforts to make the new album available worldwide!

By the way, there is no rule that says you can't buy multiple copies of the download version of 'Shout,' so if any of you UK residents feel especially enthusiastic on the 20th, by all means let's make a traffic jam at itunes!

I will be posting updates on the progress of 'Shout' and the new album 'In the Pink.' In the meantime, please consider yourself personally invited to play a role in getting 'Shout' heard!

Thank you so much again, for your loyal support. It warms my heart to know you are there.

Love, Donna
