Once you have been tagged, you are to write a blog containing 10 weird or random things about you. At the end of the blog, you are then to choose 5 other people to "tag." Then you must post a comment allowing them to know that they have been tagged in your latest blog.

(Since this question comes from a friend, I shall not lie and I'll note any jokes as such. The real difficulty is not saying anything I'd keep out of a courtroom and not telling things everyone already knows.)

1. Once as a preteen and during Holloween I accidentally commented on a girl's mummy costume. After this I noticed that the mummy costume included a wheelchair... and another pink fairy looking costume of some sort. Ever since then I've made it a highest priority not to kick people when they're down. I must have made the poor thing feel horrible.

2. I was deaf for a couple years. I still have a habit of reading lips at times (though I'm not as good at it anymore).

3. I used to walk with a shepherd, his dog and his flock. Though we spent a lot of time together, I'm not sure we ever spoke much. I don't think we ever knew eachother's names. (this is years after I regained my hearing btw)

4. I've been a bouncer (slash security whatever) and REALLY enjoyed big brawl fights. (though they'd often end up with a round of drinks bought for the beaten up drunks).

5. I'm a draft dodger. A warrant was issued for my arrest for failing to report for military service in the German Army. Fortunately, I was in the US at the time they showed up to haul me in. I'm in the clear now since I'm a US Citizen.

6. A friend and I once set Total Eclipse of the Heart on repeat for the whole night while we were working. Strange that I still like the song and didn't burn out on it then. Stranger still is that it didn't turn me gay. (That whole last sentence is a joke - It's probably quite normal that it didn't turn me gay. I wouldn't tempt fate again though.)

7. I well up at the emotional parts of many movies (even some crappy and uninspiring movies). "Take that" to those of you who thought me a Vulkan.

8. I worry constantly that my life will continue as it is (or get worse again). Though I have good people around me, I find this is unacceptable. (This isn't a call for words of encouragement - those piss me off)

9. I used to be able to remember almost everything. (Even unimportant things like where teachers were standing while giving each lecture.) If I had cared more, I could have cleaned up on grades. Fortunately, I realized that grades and social acceptance were inversely proportional. These days, I have trouble remembering yesterday.

10. I've always feared addictions. I grew up around an interesting mix of people and I've seen all stages of many types. I wouldn't even drink coffee until I was a teenager and I've only smoked one partial cigarrette (it was mixed with hashish BTW). My gleeful addiction to Midget Porn notwithstanding. (Please excuse this last sentence as a bad joke and as a PC violation. Proportunate and/or Disproportunate Little Person Porn just has some odd ring to it.)
