I am so pumped to just play again... the band and I have been missing the stage! So, if you haven’t got your tickets yet, get on it so you can partay with us after the show…

SUNRISE, ohhh sweet Sunrise are having me back to play ‘It’s Not You” and the best thing about this is, if you are in Sydney you can come down to Martin Place and heckle from outside the windows - get naked, dance, bring banners that say “HELL YEAH RENEE” and we shall plaster this all over morning TV on Channel 7... the Kiddies will love it. It’s all going down this Thursday morning (15/10/09), so make sure you tune on in….

I thought that Bigz meant they simply played the song, so I wrote back something completely lame like “ohh yea wicked thanks?” But then I received a Facebook message from a lovely Mr Carl that said, “congrats on your song reaching Number 22 in the Hot 30”…

Well I’m sitting here on my couch with my cat watching so you think you can dance. I have just had all 4 wisdom teeth out, I can barely open my mouth and I’m eating more jelly and ice cream than I ever have in my entire life… But hey I’m having fun lol.. I have also purchased myself my fair share of Trash Magazines to read up on the latest…

Does anyone feel as if they give Angelina Jolie a hard time… cause I do.. lol I mean I like Jennifer Anniston as well in fact I have "The Break Up” in my dvd player ready to watch after So You Think You Can Dance… I just don't think we have to be all angry at one of them… where is the love in all of this…. What a ramble hey

But I did just have my wisdom teeth out sooo bare with me

I have just had an interesting chat with Jordan Millar a musician mate of mine, and we laid it out a bit, about the music industry and all… It wasn’t negative it was just realistic in a stating the facts kind of way, he’s broke, i'm broke, were all broke really, stupid Limewire is a help and a hindrance to our industry…

On one hand I love the fact that some broke girl in Kentucky who’s down and out and who loves my tunes can at the click of a button download them and appreciate them, or some dude from Jamaica who cant afford a coconut lol (not discriminating on Jamaicans there are broke people everywhere, I just seen a preview for “Cool Runnings” though and I’m trying to establish that any normal broke kid from any country on the earth has access to me. On the other hand, this is daymn hard work and for any band or artist out there working hard they deserve to be compensated for that work and when I say I live, eat, breathe and shit music, its true, I don’t think about anything else, I just broke up with my long term boyfriend because I feel I need to give this thing all I have…

So here I am giving all I have and baring all to you and I’m going to continue to do so possibly until the day I die, unless I turn into a hardcore hippie, migrate to the woods and only take with me my Doors t- shirt and some weed..

The Battle for radio begins

Just finished watching the Michael Jackson memorial…. So sad… and Michaels overall magnificence pumped me up, I decided since its so hard to get heard an so hard to get played by some of these radio stations that I am going to make a reach out personally you know “MAKE IT happen” in any which way I can.

So here I am, baring all to my myspace crew… there should be a picture of me totally naked at the bottom of this page…. Lol do you think I’m a complete muppet, it will take me at least another year or 2 for that ;) joking joking but I mean I want to just tell it like it is, not be all proud but be totally honest…

So here is where its at, Sea F.M and Nova radio station here in Australia have been the first crews to jump on board with “Its Not You” but I am going to need a lot more help to get it pumping around OZ I FINALLY heard myself lol tonight at 8pm on Nova

I have devised a love spreading plan lol… basically I will provide you with Novas Link to beign requesting on there site if u want to spread me some of your good good love that is….
