FLY53 a looking to recruit some raw British talent to be the stars of the Fly53 Spring/Summer 2007 look book. The shoot will revolve around a day in the life of a band, from the moment they step out the door in the morning until they stumble home after a night out on the tiles.

The shoot will be an all expenses paid day out in London for a band and a few of their close friends. This will include breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, practice in a top London studio and a load of FLY53 product. The best thing is the band (signed or unsigned) get a heap of free publicity through the FLY53 look book which will be fully credited to the band with their website/myspace and forthcoming releases etc. The look book will be sent out to 4000 press, stylists, buyers and general movers and shakers in the fashion and music industries. A selection of shots will also be used in the FLY53 2008 advertising campaign in various fashion print media.

A top fashion photographer will photograph the chosen band and the day will also be filmed for posting on the FLY53 and Canoe websites and of course youtube and other social networking sites. The band will also be able to keep hold of the photographs from the shoot, which they can then use for their very own press shots.

FLY53 have worked in and around the music industry for years collaborating with musicians and artists and most recently 'FLY53bynight' tour in collaboration with Vice magazine. With FLY53's great contacts in the music and fashion industries, this is a top opportunity for any band and this is exactly what we are looking for…

3. the band and friends are to be a group of mixed male and female (4-5 guys, 3-4 girls)
4. who are London based
5. 18 years and over
6. available on 17th October from 9am - 12pm.
7. the bands image must be one that would wear FLY53 in the real world
