~*Happy Summer to Everyone*~
I have a small update from Dave that I wanted to give you straight away as he is always extremely busy with helping the Chernobyl Children and I felt this was very important. First of all, have a look at the lovely photos he sent me last night of the Camp and the Children. I shall be posting them all month, so have fun enjoying them as I did and please view them at the end of the week as that is when I shall be placing more.
Dave's current plans are to go to Chernobyl and visit the Nuclear Reactor Plant and make an updated Film and Photo Diary of the situation to date. He is looking at August 28th for his trip. He is also going to visit some of the children whom have attended previous camps, especially this year, and ask their families if they've noticed a difference in the children. I think this is a terrific idea as it will show not only many different positive attributes the Camp brings, but for the children that had come previously, I believe the Camp will impact their lives in a positive way for many years to come and he will be able to hear this from their families.
