Join Me In Reaching An AMBITIOUS Goal?

With your help, I'm sure we can reach this target FAST!

It's a 24-hour 'social media' challenge to raise $10,000 in 24
hours - so we can build a library for hundreds of children to
benefit... for years and years and years.

The project is spearheaded by 'LitLiberation.org' and sponsors
one of the best social non-profits I've known - "Room to Read"

Learn more about the event here:

http://www.firstgiving.com/drmani

My plan is to involve ONE HUNDRED people, challenging each one
to raise $100 in the next 24 hours - by building your own
fundraising page like the one I did above (it takes less than
5 minutes) and then spreading the word among your network of
family and friends.

Worthy, sublime, lofty goals set the spirit soaring to greater
heights, inspiring us to super-human efforts.

This is one such high goal.

Won't you join me? Even if we only hit 30% of our target, we'll
still be making a difference... and changing the world.

Here's where to get started...

Thank you from my heart for helping spread literacy and helping
build a library for children.

Your Own Personal Golf Instruction Pro at Every Game

QUOTE: I have a tip that can take five strokes off anyone's golf
game: it's called an eraser- Arnold Palmer

If you've gone to a pro for golf instruction, chances are you've heard this said before:

"Golf is all about balance."

And no, we're not talking just about having the right balance on your feet (though that's important too). That, and the balance in your body movement, your golf swing, and more.

But more critical, in a sense that golf instruction pros know, is the balance in your mind. That inner balance, in sync with your physical balance, will turn you from a beginner golf player to an expert one - very quickly.

If you're playing badly, it's easy to let your performance on previous holes get you down - and this in turn will affect the way you're playing your next shot. Don't let that happen. Work on your balance.

Golf instruction involves learning about the technical points like how weight should be distributed on your feet, and how to alter it while executing your golf swing. The ultimate end result of excellent golf instruction is when you make the complex maneuvers seem effortless, smooth and natural.

Your golf swing is fluidity in motion. Your inner balance, combined with practiced strokes, leading to a balanced follow through makes you game a delight to the observer - and gives you a sense of satisfaction, even joy.

That graceful game is only possible when you find balance in your mind and body. Without this it is hard to find any consistency in your game.

Next time you try out a practice swing, do this. Get your upper body positioned exactly behind the ball. You will notice that you are placing more weight on your back foot.

But when you position yourself behind the ball and stand balanced on your feet, with equal pressure on both feet, you'll be able to make your swing gently and comfortably - without making any effort at all. It comes naturally.

Good golf instruction can give you many more such helpful tips to improve your golf swing and enhance the level at which you play the game.

How is your golf swing when you feel confident? Better, right? Wouldn't you like to always be confident so you can get that perfect golf super swing? An important facet of golf instruction is working on the psychology of the beginner golf player.

Discover some amazing techniques to develop a golf swing that's perfect!

Self-confidence works wonders, whether it's about attracting the opposite sex, or swinging those golf clubs in the perfect golf swing. It all boils down to self-image - what you think about yourself.

You may be a raw golf beginner. But as long as you think you will be a good golf player, your swing will be great. On the other hand, if you feel negative, sad, angry or frustrated with life events or circumstances, you'll lack in confidence. And your golf swing will suffer.

Golf instruction involves mind training as well as physical training. Golf tips for a better swing include tips for positive thinking, mind control and concentration. By creative visualization, you'll get a far better golf swing than by spending hours hitting a ball on the courses.

And no matter who you go to for golf instruction, they can't do it for you. It's an inner game - and only you can play to win. Your self-image must change in relation to your golf swing.

Imagine seeing yourself as being skilled, confident, secure. With this thought held firmly in your mind, you can enter any golf course and win. And it happens because you are feeling good about yourself and your golf swing.

Here's a practical golf tip you can apply starting today. It's something I teach all students who come to me for golf instruction.

Sit in front of a mirror. But don't look into it, just yet.

Instead, imagine a situation when someone sincerely paid you a compliment, praised you, made you feel good about yourself. Anything. It doesn't matter what, so long as it made you feel good.

Now, replay that experience in your mind. What did they say? How did they look at you? How did you feel at that moment? Try and take yourself back in time to that moment - relive it in your mind.

As that good, positive, energizing feeling sweeps through you, turn to the mirror and look at yourself. Keep feeling those positive thoughts - and link them to the person in the mirror. Yes, that's the REAL you.

Hold that thought for as long as you can.

Burn it into your memory bank.

Pull it out before you take that next golf swing.

Just recalling that image, with the positive energy surrounding it, will do wonders for your golf swing. It's one of my best golf instruction tips ever - and I share it gladly with you for free.

Infoproducts or 'information products' are the hottest selling commodities on the Web. And the smart entrepreneurs who create and sell infoproducts are called infopreneurs.

Infopreneurs may create infoproducts, or sell infoproducts created to their specifications by others. Infoproducts may be books (and ebooks), audio recordings or video tutorials. They may be entertaining, informative and educational.

An industry-specific trade report is an infoproduct. A 'how to' guide teaching the steps to achieve a goal is an infoproduct. And a short report about raising kids or a review of the latest hit movie is an infoproduct too.

Infopreneurs do more than just create and sell infoproducts. They first assess the demand for particular types of information. They see where the target market gathers, and aggregate that audience. A smart infopreneur then finds out what this audience wants and will buy as an infoproduct.

Then, and only then, an infopreneur will create (or commission) an infoproduct, knowing with reasonable certainty that it will sell a good number of copies.

It is not a complex task to become an infopreneur, and create and sell infoproducts on the Web. For more informative articles on the process, visit the Internet infopreneur article directory at http://InternetInfopreneur.com/articles/

Infoproducts - short for 'information products' - is a broad term that can be used to describe various forms of products, all with the common theme of being 'packaged information'.

In today's fast-paced world, data is generated at breakneck speed. Collecting this data, analyzing it, converting it to useful and usable information and packaging it for easy, convenient, efficient consumption is a lucrative venture - and one that has spawned a breed of experts called infopreneurs.

These infopreneurs gather data and turn it into meaningful information - which is then packaged into infoproducts - which can be sold or shared with audiences.

Infoproducts, therefore, are packaged information. Infoproducts can be made up of written words - like printed books, brochures, pamphlets, white papers, reports, ebooks, newsletters and more

Infoproducts can be audio content, like tape and CD recordings, podcasts and streaming online audio infoproducts, audio-books, and even live events like teleseminars and coaching calls.

Infoproducts can also be video content, like DVD recordings of live events or training programs, infomercials, video tutorials, screen captures from computers, live training call recordings and more.

Infoproducts are today's hottest selling commodities. Everyone and anyone can create and sell infoproducts. Even you can learn to be an infopreneur - and harness the vast reach and power of the Web to become an Internet infopreneur, so you can create and sell infoproducts too.

For many beginners to online business, with no clue about how to create and sell infoproducts online, this seems like a huge, forbidding task. But it's not really that difficult.

The basics can be summarized into just 3 easy steps:

#1 - Know What People Want - Desperately

Many people have problems. Just think about your own life right now, and you'll think about at least 3 different problems you'd gladly pay someone to solve for you, or teach you how to solve for yourself.

Identify what your audience needs to have solved - and you'll be well on the way to create and sell infoproducts that fulfill that need.

#2 - Create It - Or Licence It

You can create an infoproduct by writing it, recording it on audio, or on video - and packaging it to be attractive to the intended buyer. It can be a quick and easy process to create an infoproduct, and you can have one ready in a few hours, to a few days. Better still, you can find an infoproduct someone else has created - and buy the rights to licence it from them!

#3 - Tell Them About It - With An Irresistible Offer

Copywriting and making great offers is a serious competitive advantage to help you sell infoproducts online. By presenting your infoproduct in a manner that's appealing and practically irresistible to your buyers, you will flood your business with sales and profits from infoproducts.

Today is Congenital Heart Defects Awareness Day and this news flash will soon hit the wires...

Heart Surgeon Uses Cutting-Edge Web Technology To Spread
Congenital Heart Defects (CHD) Awareness

Since 1999, February 14th has been observed as 'A Day for Hearts
- Congenital Heart Defects (CHD) Awareness Day'. And Indian
heart surgeon, Dr.Mani Sivasubramanian is using new Web
technologies to spread the word.

By tapping into the massive reach and influence of two hot online
media - blogs and social networks like MySpace and Squidoo -
Dr.Mani aims to get the message of CHD awareness in front of at
least half million people in the weeks ahead. Already over 220
partipants in the blog and Squidoo 'challenges' have brought
30,000 visitors to his informative website, CHDinfo.com

Congenital Heart Defects Awareness Day is a global publicity
event that focuses attention on the deadly problem of heart
defects in kids. The .. to spread awareness about the problem
and raise funds to help children from poor families.

7 out of every 1000 children have CHD, making it the most common
birth defect. "Few people realize more babies are born with
congenital heart defects than with Spina Bifida, Down's syndrome
and hearing loss" says Dr.Sivasubramanian, who is the Chairman of
the Dr.Mani Children Heart Foundation, a non-profit founded in
Chennai, India, to create awareness and raise funds to sponsor
life-saving heart surgery for underprivileged children.

The primary reason for delayed recognition and late treatment of
CHD is lack of awareness and knowledge, combined with limited
access and resources for costly treatment.

The CHD Foundation addresses the problem by freely making
available information about heart birth defects to parents and
families, spreading awareness through media events like CHD
Awareness Day, and funding expensive heart operations supported
by donations from well-wishers and sponsors.

By linking this event to another day for hearts - Valentine's Day
- you have one more chance to express your love this year in a
very special way - by drawing attention to the thousands of
little children affected by heart birth defects."

For more information on how you can help, and participate in the
CHD blog or Squidoo 'challenges' please visit

Join Me And Help 'Squidoo' for Congenital Heart Defects

February 14th, Valentine's Day, is also related to hearts in another way. It is Congenital Heart Defects Awareness Day

Every year, since 1999, I have worked to create a promotion that brings the message about children facing the challenge of life-threatening heart birth defects to as wide an audience as possible.

For 2007, I have planned out a special event

using the social networking site, SQUIDOO

Among other things, Squidoo.com has a strong focus towards helping charitable causes. And provides some powerful tools that Squidoo'ers can use to raise visibility and support for their cause.

So this year, I invite you to join me in an effort to

"Squidoo For CHD"

Let's Squidoo To
Save A Child's Heart!

How does it work?

It's VERY easy.

* You, and every other person participating in this event, will register for a Squidoo.com account.

* Then, you build a 'lens' - it's what Squidoo calls the mini-websites built using the powerful tools on the service.

* The theme of your 'lens' will be Congenital Heart Defects (or heart birth defects) - you pick any perspective you like to create your lens.

* By linking together all these lenses to the main CHD Awareness Day website at www.CHDinfo.com you will help spread the message about this deadly constellation of heart birth defects to a huge audience - it could easily reach many MILLION people.

How long will it take?

If you are starting absolutely from ZERO experience with Squidoo, doing this may take around 30 minutes to an hour.

If you are familiar with Squidoo, it should take you about 15 minutes.

If you are a Squidoo specialist, count on getting it done in just 5.

Why should you participate?

Many reasons.

1. It helps a social cause - children born with heart defects
2. It showcases the power of Squidoo.com to help charitable issues
3. It lets you help make the world a better place - yes, really :)
4. It gives you a chance to give back to the vibrant online community
5. It could earn you several gifts (read on for details)

and...

You Might Win The Gift For Having The Best Contribution

Yes, I've thought of a way to make this event a bit more interesting...

How to make it more exciting?

I'm throwing in a little competition. With a $50 gift going to the best submission.

Once you create your lens, you include one section on it where you answer this question:

"WHY did you get involved in this Congenital Heart
Defects Awareness Day event on Squidoo?"

* Was it something personal, like CHD affecting someone you know?
* Was it the feeling of helping a social cause that affects millions of kids?
* Was it the 'challenge' of helping change the world - in some small way?
* Was it because you like me and want to support my effort?
* Was it something else that drove you to make this gesture?

Just share your thoughts about this question. You can be as elaborate or brief as you wish. A short, 5-line answer is just as good as an impassioned 750 word article.

Make sure you title that section of your Squidoo lens with the words "Congenital Heart Defects" - and use 'congenital heart defects' or 'CHD' as one of the 'tags' for your lens (you'll see what this means when you go to build your lens on Squidoo.com)

Do NOT Forget To Link Back To
http://www.CHDinfo.com
from somewhere on your lens

After February 14th, 2007, I will personally go through every participating lens, check out your answer, and the one I feel best will get a cash gift of $50 via PayPal.

And how about the others?

Everyone who participates in this event and creates a lens on CHD will receive a copy of my book, "Squidoo Marketing Secrets" - it currently retails for $27, you get a copy for free.

In addition, I will link to your personal website from one of my high traffic websites (which also gets frequently spidered by search engines) - the 'Remarkably Purple Spots' blog - in a special category of 'Squidoo'ers for CHD'

So, Are You In?

Do You Want To Join Me And
"Squidoo To Save A Child's Heart"?

And if you need assistance at any time with using Squidoo or with other parts of the process, you can either look at my own CHD AWARENESS LENS or post a comment here

Thank you from my heart for your support.
