Well it was another first for Glideascope.  Performing live at the 2006 UMA's (Urban Music Awards) at the prestigous New Connaught Rooms in the West End of London.  Managed to meet a few famous and not so famous celebrities and watch a few dazzling performances.

Highlights were listening to Omar, and watching Coolio's performance with his live band also Matthew Knowles and Mica Paris presenting the lifetime achievement award to Jazzie B of Soul II Soul.

Of course a personal highlight was performing a special edit of "Istanbul" with the assistance of:

Markus Zee (Percussion)
Jen Picknet (Cello)
Adaggio (Violin)
Carl Davis (Sax)
Gaby Riley (Violin)

and myself Glideascope on laptop/keys/fx.

The audience reception was fantastic, especially as I had no vocalists performing - the music had to really tell the story.  Thank you all guys for taking part last night and all those supporting Glideascope.

There was a simultaneous webcast and satellite broadcast that would of been possible to be seen internationally - so this opens Glideascope up to a wider audience.  Thanks to all those who tuned in.
