Quite often in this Life,you never really look,reflect in the moment or truly understand that the“Now’s”are the most important things in this dynamic and wonderful life you live.
The “Doorway“always seems locked.....
If you let go from the Heart and open the eyes from within,you would realize,that life starts to be lead from the inside out.
All of our relationships,all our outcomes,all of what you see as the world around,is a direct reflection of ourselves.
You would also realize that“Hey I have some pretty incredible people
in my life and that’s a reflection of who I am.....and I feel amazing
about that”.
That’s part of the key to the door.
You get so caught up with looking for gratification through some
ones view point ,outside of yourself,that most of our lives are lead by
the results and views of our environment,and what other people have
perceived of us.
The workplace to our own relationships....you do this on every level of living your lives.
You end up living a life through someone else’s eyes.
We are taught,we live,and breathe from a point in wanting that ties
to the inner Ego,and allot of it comes from the subconscious mind.
Its not that your taught wrong,your simply given the best your teachers
and other influences in your life could give you,with the knowledge
they have.
Flight,fright,fear,anger all of these emotions reflect how your living in everyday life.
And learning to let go from this,is the starting path we all seek,yet
never usually see,as its simply right in front of our eyes.
Here’s the thing.
We all do it....
Your not alone....
If you are aware of it....
And if it is a direct reflection of yourself…
You have the ability to change the outcomes.......
By taking this reflection of self responsibility you now are
standing at the threshold of changing your life from a perspective of
empowering yourself.
Allot of the above are self reflective truths,that deep down you know are right.
That’s how you get the key in the “Door“so to speak.
So how do you change from a life intent from ego“I want because I
need from fear,or from arrogance,or desperation“theirs allot of thins
we do on a daily basis so the list can feel overwhelming “.
Here’s some suggestion’s that can help you along the way,and simplify the process.
When you become aware at how easy this can be,your also going to want to do it more to.
This should always be viewed as fun.....not a chore or work.
So are you ready to dive-in?....got your coffee?...ready to start opening up the Door?
Here we go:
Step one:
Identifying what you want.
Allot of us walk around without really knowing what we want.
Its common(90% of the population does it).
So lets come up with some ways to really work through this.
Grab yourself a notebook,and lets start from the easiest point we can.
“Knowing what you don’t want”
Make a list on the left hand of your page and write down all the stuff you just don’t want.
Things like:
“I don’t want all of these bills making me feel horrible every month”
“Or I don’t want to end up feeling like I’m all alone like I do now”
Fire off a giant list,and let it all out.
You’ll notice its going to be a fairly big list....that’s pretty
common,more detail you put into this,the better your results will be.
Now here’s what we are going to do on the right hand side of the page.
Beside all of your don’t wants,we are going to write down the exact opposite,as close as we can,of all our don’t wants.
We will call this Our “wants”.....its our honest true values that we really do desire.
“Loving relationships,loving working relationships etc”.
Take your time with this,as it cane be a little tricky on wording something in the fashion of its opposite.
You can do it....
Now that we have our lists of wants and don’t wants sitting in front of us on the page.
Lets step it up to the next phase of what we are going to do.
Step 2:
We’ll call this your “5 year ME Plan”.
And begin with the end result in mind(what you would achieve as a
result of the plan,its your story,your becoming the super hero)
Tell the story from an “As If its already happened“....”I already am “and write it from that point,
Act as if,and will become the point,it will become you.
By looking at your wants,in vivid detail start to write how you envision your next 5 years of your life.
See the work
see the love,and write it as vividly as you can.
You need to put as much emotion,burning desire and passion in behind this,in order for it to come from your heart.
Without the Fuel from your emotions,your only going to get a
spark......your looking for a raging fire with this,some real“Ooooomph”
to what your doing.
Remember that the most important thing for you is coming from a
place that will truly expand who you are,and how you live your life.
As joy is the key essentials to living a life abundantly.
After all it is your life right?
If it takes a few days or a week,that’s fine,but hold yourself accountable,this is your life,and only you can do this.
Once we have the vision of the next 5 years in front you here’s were you will start to see something interesting.
Within the lines you have written,within the story of your life,your
castle of air,you are going to see something we can use as Affirmations
within the print.
An affirmations is a declaration that your dream and goal are now coming true.
Affirmations is the next step in this process.
Step 3:
“Your an actor,this is your movie,time to remember the lines for the performance”.
When we write these for ourselves,its important to word it from a point of“Now”in your life.
Its important to put as much emotion in behind the affirmation as possible.
and finally when you have written out the affirmation its an important function to remember repetition for yourself.
30-60 days in a row,you’ll need to,in a quiet space,repeat these new affirmations to yourself.
Because we are creatures of habit...my suggestion is to keep the
times you set aside relatively the same,so you condition the repetition
easier into your subconscious mind.
If you don’t stick to the pattern of reconditioning your mind,in the
solid pace of 30-60 days,the information will not take,you’ll become
frustrated...and your old patterns will rise back up to the for front.
so if it only took 30-60 days to achieve a massive change in your life,would you not want to consider perhaps trying it out?
Wording your affirmations(important step)
Begin with“In an easy and relaxed Manner,in a healthy and positive way...”
and end with“for the greater good and benefit of everyone involved”.
And remember begin with your end result in mind.
step 4:
The secret info to Goals/Affirmations
“Double your Pleasure....Double your Fun”
Your affirmations as goals.
Truly look at your affirmations as goals and write them as such.
By doing this your going to enforce the repetition of your wants
into yourself,and have the goals going deep into the unconscious mind
at a greater level .
Most people write their goals,and usually leave it by the wayside,get frustrated with it…
Writing goals as affirmations is a 2 fold method for results.
The concept is to get installed the information,in a manner that’s
going to be as productive to you as possible,and I find this to be the
most productive way to do it.
Most of the paradigms that rule our life(multitude of other peoples habits)define who we are....and our end results.
By installing a good regimen of Affirmations from the point of your
goals and wants,your installing the new good paradigms into your mind.
As a side note,you will at first notice some inner voicing s that
will attempt to“Resist”the change”,this is your old conditioning
getting up in arms to resist the change.
to make the ‘resistance futile”....the new Habits have to be installed and enforced.
Once that takes,the old negative paradigms will fade,as something
that empowers you will have more energy than anything negative, your
already doing.
Step 5
Inspired Action....the plans for your affirmative goals.
“All right Chuck Lights Camera Action....Roll-em”.
Now for each of your goals,write out a 1-2 page plan on how your going to carry it out.
and remember to truly be honest with yourself,these are going to
change,and be redefined to your own personal genius and time....
as you grow and change....so will your goals,and add to them.
Remember without any form of action your going to stay within the
confines of your own disappointment,and your old patterning from your
subconscious is going to relatively stay happy like that.
as it resists change.
So stick to to....get down and Do it!
