So yea, in true Blacklist Royals fashion we've been added to Warped Tour a mere few weeks before our shows start, we are SO FUCKING STOKED ABOUT THIS!!!

As ya'll may know, we roughed it through the whole thing in 2006 and did a week in 2007, so at this point I think I've gained enough knowledge to be able to juggle playing, selling merch, getting sunburnt, being unbelievably dirty, navigating through moron security guards and crazy 14 year olds and their parents, and doing massive amounts of drinking and drugs with my boy Matt when he's out working for LTJ... but we shall see I guess!!!

We're also going to be playing and hanging out at Heavy Rebel Weekender over the July 4th weekend, so any of you rockabilly kats and kittens who'll be there make sure you check us out and come say hi...

I ALSO just added another song off our new record, it's called "Rock And Roll" and is streaming on our page now, and BOTH songs we have up from the new record are available for download at www.paperandplastick.com for FREE right now!!!  I just got the mastered version of the record back last week and am for once in my life happy with and proud about something we recorded, so hopefully you guys will be too.

On a final note, we don't have that many "Six Strings" colored vinyls left, and now that we're going to be on Warped I can basically tell you they're all going to be gone by August, so if you don't got it, get it, word.

Hey everyone, we signed with Paper And Plastick Records (Vinnie from Fueled By Ramen/Less Than Jake's new label)!!!  If you haven't noticed, we posted a song from our new album "Semper Liberi" and will have new sites and more new songs coming up soon!!!

Obviously we're fucking thrilled, this label is awesome and we're really proud of the record so hopefully you guys feel the same way, we also have a new Facebook page and will be doing road updates via Twitter so make sure you add our asses!!!

Tour starts tomorrow, come celebrate with us, shit is on!!!

Hey everyone! For those of you that missed The Fest this year, it was fucking willllldddd. I only have one word that can accurately describe the weekend: WEEDSHINE. If you don't know what it is, then stay away from it, and if you do, then I probably saw you on my journey through the spirit world on Saturday night after our show. Thanks to all the awesome people and bands we met and of course to Tony for letting us play!

We just confirmed that we're going to be closing out 2008 in the studio with our good buddy Matt Drastic (Teen Idols, Methadones, Bullets To Broadway, The Queers, etc.). He just opened a new studio called Drastic Sounds and I'm so fucking happy to be getting in there. We have a ton of new songs and will only be playing two shows this month (and possibly one hometown Christmas show) so we can get our act together and really kick the shit out of our time in the studio, so make sure you come out!

Today is election day, and though there will never be a candidate that I think is perfect, I'm hopefully that change is on the horizon. My fingers are crossed, and if you haven't voted you need to get out there while there's still time!

PS: If you haven't noticed, we have a new guitar player. His name is Jordan and he loves to smoke weed and listen to The Beatles, so make sure you come say hi to him at our next show.

Hello from the road, just got word we'll be playing with Pennywise and the Circle Jerks on Jan. 29 at the House of Blues in L.A. so anyone in the area needs to come the fuck out!  Anyone who knows us knows what huge fans we are so this is a really big deal for the band.  We're in a hotel room in Austin right now trying to stay out of the ice and rain, we got sidetracked last night since one of the bands at our show stole all the door money and we didn't get on the road until after five in the morning because we were trying to figure shit out.  I'm about to take my first shower in four days, but we'll be putting some tour pictures up shortly.  See you on the road!!!

Everyone can now see our ground-breaking video on TV for the rest of the month if you have Comcast On Demand, just check out Havoc TV and we're right there in the "punk" section! We're done demoing some new songs and we'll have those up there this week, we're only putting a few up on Myspace but people who are on our mailing list will get a streaming version of all five new songs so if you're not on that fucker get to it! We're in the process of finishing up these tour dates so if anyone out there in cyber land wants to help put up flyers/make us dinner/let us sleep on their floor PLEASE hit me up. Yo, if anyone caught us on the "Inside Warped" show they've been playing on Fuse over the last few months let me know because we're trying to figure out which episode we were on so we can get a copy of it.  That's right, we need a copy of it to put it in the shrine to ourselves we have at our practice space, cocky mother fuckers!!!!

So Warped is over and we're back in Nashville.  I put up some pictures from the road and we have more coming along with many updates.  We'll be taking about five or six days to recover from tour and then shit will be going full force again, thanks to the following people that made our summer awesome:  Phathom and crew, Famly Clothing, Taco, Valient Thor, Against Me, The Smash Up, Brian and the rest of The Bouncing Souls, Tat, Ross, Henry Rollins, Stacker Energy Pills, Kevin and the entire Warped Tour production/security staff, all our friends from the road and everyone who bought a CD or got us a drink somewhere along the way.  More news coming soon, FUCK!!!

So Warped is winding down and it's been a complete blur over the last few months. We're all still alive (kind of) and have been raging on despite losing a merch guy, an almost deadly encounter with stackers, and the insane fucking heat. We'll be back in Nashville in a little over a week and will have more updates/pictures/etc. soon, fuck yea!!!

So we changed our band name to The Blacklist Royals due to personal and legal reasons, I hope you guys like it and we'll have a new site/myspace up in the next week or two. 

Also, WE'RE ON THE WHOLE WARPED TOUR!!!  We're playing the Family Clothing stage and it's gonna be located right by the front gates, so we'll be playing early everyday.  If any kind souls out there can offer us a floor to sleep on or some food to eat we would be forever grateful and willing to throw down some passes for your help, more news to follow and we'll see you on the road!!!
