Well the ball is rolling again & we are putting together issue 16 of Fiend & this will be bigger & better than ever. Now in full colour, Fiend is a great way to get your message across to the Australian (& now Singapore) Dark alternative communities. Message us through myspace for the special introductory rates & we will send you a press kit with all the gory details.

Deadline for bookings is the end of May with copy due 2nd week in June.

Not Dead Yet
It has been a while since the last issue & people are asking what’s happening with Fiend, well we are not dead yet.
Because Fiend is run by volunteers who (try to) have a life outside of the magazine, everyone on the editorial team has spent the last two years juggling life, work & the ravenous beast that is Fiend. After all our heads imploded we decided we needed a break. On top of that we have had our website hijacked & everytime we clean it up, the nasties make their way back. So until we can totally rebuild the fiend-magazine website, the MySpace page will be the official Fiend web presence .
Now is time for the masochism to begin again. We will be starting soon to put the next issue together. I would like to take this opportunity to put the call out for volunteers, who have experience in print or web media. Writers, reviewers, designers, artists & editors. We have new management joining us & will be rebuilding the editorial team. If you are interested & believe you can help out contact me via MySpace.
