Current mood:  curious

Hi!

As you may or may not know we currently have no drummer. This is mainly because of lack of commitment and listening. so if your interested , msg us back ! you dont have to be particulary good, just have to listen to us and give a steady beat !

think about it!

So yeah were doin a LP. We don't "do" recording studios so the magic occurs while recording at hippy's house via tape and MP3 player. the sound quality still sounds ok, but not great. the tracks are as follows in no particular order:

1) Convict - Will, Hippy
2) Sexual Tool - Hippy
3)Mary do you wanna? - Hippy
4) Anger management - Hippy, Will
5) Hey There! - Chi, Hippy, Will (thats right chi wrote a song)
6) Medusa - Will, Hippy
7) The Comedown - Hippy, Will
8)Mesiah Complex - Hippy
9) Kalidoscopes - Hippy
10) Sweet Nicotine - Will
11) Silhouettes and Cigarettes

and maybe a few more just for the hell of it. Out soon!

Ok we've got quite a bit of history so here we go. We started as a 4 piece band containing Will (bass) Hippy (guitar) Marcus P (lead vocals) and Flogey (drums) called krakatoa. Durin this period hippy wrote our first proper song "sexual tool". Due to lack of commitment from marcus and flogey we soon split up, left with me and hippy writting songs that never went anywhere. After hearing of The Brickmakers we rehearsed lots and recruited Tim as our drummer. Hippy then wrote another brilliant , although tongue in cheek song called "Mary do you wanna (have some marijuana)". Our 3 song set included "Sexual Tool" "I bet you look good on the dancefloor" (artic monkeys) and Helter Skelter (Beatles). Before the gig some heavy binge drinking took place between Me and Hippy so confidence was high. Tragically however Tim dropped out at the last minute through fear of being laughed at so we got Greg St quintin (from Persirus) to drum for us who did a good job. Our performances however were not so good as we were hammered. A few months later we recruited Chi-Chung Lee and Louis (hippys bro) so we were back to a four piece again. with Chi as a popular frontman our status soon grew. We have played a couple of gigs since then consisting of "Sexual Tool" "mary do you wanna" and "i bet you look ............" which went well. Louis drumming was not good at all and were wondering what to do with him. we later recruited chris who is a quality drummer !!
