Just Pete with the Bored Again Christian Podcast was nice enough to add us to the playlist this week.  Pete puts together a great line up of people creating art and discussing Faith.  We are in the company of such greats as Dignan, The Cold War Kids and Half Handed Cloud.  If you have iTunes you can listed here or if you enjoy a simple mp3 download you can get it here

Below is the playlist for the show, Chapter 48:

Hey guys, just an update for what's going on in the Magnificat world.

Antonio and I went to see Leeland the other day at Denton Bible Church.  Wow.  These guys were polished. I had only listened to a few of their songs before the show and I was definitely riding the fence.  Though the exceptional mix for a room that looked like the inside of Noah's ark helped, these guys have me sold.  There really wasn't much to their set, in fact I wish they had played the same songs but in a completely reverse order.  They are very straight and unflashy.  Maybe that is what I liked about them.  Maybe not.  If you get a chance check out the record.

Meanwhile we are busy in the studio.  We have been focusing all of our energies (synergy) on recording.  We are definitely excited about some new music that we have coming down the pipe.

Oh yeah, and I've been busy for a while running marathons and my affable chum has been slightly occupied with the woes of Senior Project.

*special thanks to Teddy K for the use of synergy in this blog*
