Sky Blue FC's Natasha Kai celebrates after scoring a goal against the Washington Freedom on Wednesday.

SOMERSET, N.J. (July 21, 2009) - With
Sky Blue FC in the midst of its most successful run of the season,
striker Natasha Kai earned an accolade with a selection as the WPS
Player of the Week for Week 17. Kai has spurred the New Jersey club to
a four-game unbeaten streak and the fourth-place position in the WPS
standings.

This past Wednesday, the Kahuku, Hawaii native
connected twice, in the fifth and 86th minutes, as Sky Blue FC posted a
4-4 draw with the visiting Washington Freedom. Coupled with a 1-0
victory over the Chicago Red Stars on Sunday, Sky Blue FC moved to
6-6-4 and reached the .500 mark for the first time this season.

For
the season, Kai has five goals to lead Sky Blue FC in scoring including
three goals in the past three games. That total places Kai at number
four on the WPS Goals list.

Kai is the first Sky Blue FC
player honored as Player of the Week. This makes Kai an automatic
nomination for the July WPS Player of the Month Award.

WPS's Player of the Week award is selected by a panel of writers with the North American Soccer Reporters.

Hello Everyone,

Stopping by to say that I'm really proud of my fam right now and wanted to give a big big SHOUTOUT to someone who as of today is still my mentor, helping me (Charod) & my little brother, CJ Wilson (NFL Player) and other teens/adults with life changing issues on being men; focus through the pain without rage and most of all, learning to give thanks to God through the good & bad. The main reason why my friends nicknamed me 'Furious'. Has sinced changed to a better person with gifts to give. As the only son of three, to a single mother (Sandra), to be born in Terrell, Texas. Finding a home as a misunderstood teen, sometime is lost where I'm from. I'm not the only person here trying to make a diffence in some kid life. My artwork over the years has always had a global eye-view from celebrities to Pepsi. But at times, I personally need help & support as well.

Today, (April 25, 2009) someone me & CJ call a 'brother from another' or "Smooth" ..was drafted at Number 2 overall in the 2009 NFL Draft by the St.Louis Rams team. Me & CJ (Dem Wilson Boyz) are proud of MR. JASON SMITH and wishes him the best and my God continue to bless him.
