Tak to tu este nebolo! Alebo bolo? jasne ze bolo! Urcite si pamatate ked vysla na povrch zemsky v roku 1982 doska hear nothing, see nothing, say nothing od Discharge. predpokladam ze ste hned bezali do obchodov a ste si ju kupili. a neskor nato sa roztrhlo vrece s doskami ktore doteraz vyrazaju dych. vznikly nove anglicke a svedske partie ako Broken Bones, English dogs, Anti cimex, No security, Asocial, Uncurbed a mnoho kapiel ktore zacali do toho svojho krastiku, alebo hard coru cpat aj nieco metalove (vdaka bohu ziadny metal core), a nebolo to na skodu. Nove LP "You will not survive" od Guided Cradle nesie v sebe nieco podobne ale snad v modernejsom podani. Vsak doba pokrocila tak niet sa co cudovat. Thrashovo crustove rychle rify castokrat nezvycajne a progresivne do seba posplietane, pohanane bicimy, ktore mi svojim nazvucenim snad troska evokuju starsie nahravky od Driller Killer. Od prvej skladby odstartovanej manowarackym skrtom sablami si mozeme uzivat prvotriedny crust s namakanym ethanovym vokalom a kvalitnym zvukom a zaujimavymi solami. Kto vymeskal ich nedavny koncert v bratislave a teda udajne zatial posledny koncert na slovensku tak nech nevaha a skusi si to uzit nazivo v prahe 7.5.2008 na 007 aj s After The Bombs. Prave spominany album od Guided Cradle a After The Bombs so svojou poslednou doskou "Relentless Onslaught" su podla mna najvacsim prekvapenim na scene za poslednu dobu. Vidime sa na strahove. ...a poprosim - nezabudnite pravidelne pocuvat discharge!

More Guided Cradle LP reviews:

8 tracks of pummeling crust delivered with astonishing ferocity, bludgeoning its way from the speakers like a riot in progress.Coupled with some seriously talented and humbly understated lead guitar work its time to break out and star looting!Unashamedly picking up the pieces of where countless feet have trod before,Guided Cradle stomp all ove ansemblance of a clean cut production with as much regard as hobnails and shit. The drums crash and pound like a trainwreck in progress as the bass guitar chucks out walls of filth like a bulldozer flattenning portaloos at a hippy festival!Gutteral dual vocals roar incendiary lyrics like a pack of rabid dogs fighting over a businessman's necktie while the guitars grind like knuckle on a cheese grater in a carrot salad. With such classic song titles as "Tear of extinction","system survival","Pile of shit and "Hunting" you will gerner the ideoligies present.Wearing these beliefs on their cuff they mouth off in a disgusted swipe at the establishment, society, its morals and the state of the planet.Theres 8 tracks here spanning half an hour,Sure its a short album but its so consice and pointed.Theres no wasted riffs,no filler tracks, and not a hint of letup from start to finish leaving you craving more of this unadulterated filth. You'll have no choice but to start from the beginning again and wallow the grime.Awsome stuff!

BAD ACID MAGAZINE TAB 4 april 2007 www.myspace.com/badacidmagazine

Metallic overdrive, battle axes, bullets, punk orcs killing cops on the cover, ram-charging, galloping D-beat with EXTREME NOISE TERROR-style throaty vocals, a chorus of throaty vocal backups, punk, punk and punk point-blank lyrics, and an Absolut Country of Sweden-era ANTI-CIMEX cover. The eight songs by this Czech band are well-recorded and exceptionally delivered, like the basic ENT-style take on DISCHARGE/DISGUST where the sound gets a metallic updating and comes up with a fresh new breath of life...no new ground but ground held very well indeed. Powerful.

This is a pretty awesome record if you dig d-beat hardcore. Guided Cradle started out doing Anti-Cimex, Doom, and Extreme Noise Terror cover tracks, and they were aptly called Anti-Climax. They then decided to do original tracks and changed the name to Guided Cradle. The sound is by-the-numbers d-beat/crust hardcore that has been influenced by Scandinavian hardcore and the aforementioned bands. If you are looking for something new then Guided Cradle wont get you off, but if you are just interested in straight up d-beat then this is pretty awesome. It is just really well done and well put together. The cover art features what I would guess are Orcs and Worgs from Lord of the Rings attacking some police. Crust it up!! Oh, yeah, they are from Czech Republic and this LP has seven originals and an Anti-Cimex cover track.

Profane Existence

"You will not survive" LP

Ethan and co. are back on Guided Cradle's 2nd full length release and certainly not to dissapoint this time around! This crust juggernaut based in Prague comprises former dread 101 and oi polloi members and delivers some seariously stenchy,d-beat brutality á la Wolfbrigade and Doom. This record has more intricate metaly breakdowns and the overall production is heavy  well-balanced,and punishing. This is full-on war crust at it's finest, complete with shout along vocals!Brilliant art work once again by Jeremy "Hush" Clark, and lyrics in Czech and English. The third track "hold the line" had been on repeat on my streo ever since!Overall an improvement on earlier material,GUIDED CRADLE just keeps getting better with each release! (Rob Hanna)

Guided Cradle / Instinct of Survival - split 7",
- Guided Cradle containes members of Dread 101. The band comes out like a mixture between Hellshock and Anti Cimex and crushes everything in there way. This is without a doubt one of Europes best crust acts today together with Nuclear Death Terror. On the split side we find Germanys Instinct of Survival, slow devestating crust with a bit of Evil in it. This is could more or less be one of those records that tells you how Crust is suppose to sound. Great split!

ruination records:

Instead of LP version on Damage Done records there is a video as a bonus.! (says Insane Society)

Attack fanzine:
Guided Cradle - You Will Not Survive LP (Yellow Dog)
Nine tracks of real good dark and charging crustcore. Thrusting vocals fronting powerful guitar chords, pounding bass lines, and the hammering drum beat that exhort the unit to go into battle. Guided Cradle is where the bloodstained blades of metal and crust meet today and the result is a bone crushing thirty-three minute platter - primitive and raw in all its glory.

EBM records:
Nine fearsome new black riders of grand gross metalcrust, Guided Cradle achieve a devastating sound capable of shattering the heavens.. Strong, powerful songwriting, crushing riffs and triumphant raw guitar solo's. Can you hear the growl of thunder or the distant march of boots trampling the earth?? The orcs have sprung forth from the abyss and proclaimed to the world: YOU WILL NOT SURVIVE!!

Greenhill DE:
You will not survive, Yellow Dog, 2008
If you like your crustpunk straight in your face then this is for you. The sound of ENT, Doom and the likes taken into the new millenium. Pulverizing and brutal d-beat - outstandingly good!
