Eat Clean, Feel Better, Lose Weight

As an alternative to "dieting" my wife and I have just started "eating clean" instead. Basically it just means that you follow these rules instead of a specific diet:

Eat primarily non processed foods. If it comes out of a box, don't eat it. If it comes from the earth, eat it
Eat six times a day. This is to keep your metabolism fired up and it keeps you from getting too hungry
No alcohol or sodas. Drink lots of water and/or herbal unsweetened tea
Never miss a meal
Combine lean protein and complex carbs at every meal
Avoid all saturated and trans fats
Eat fresh fruits and vegetables

Check out the site for more info. Even if you can't stay strictly within the rules (no alcohol? ...) the closer you can get the better off you will be and the better you will feel. We created the site to spread the word... Here's to your health!

SINGER/SONGWRITER SONGS WITH VOCALS (male or female) in a variety of styles are needed by Gray Area Music for possible placement in local/national commercials, trailers, and promotional videos in 2009.

We need songs in the following styles:

Acoustic singer-songwriter songs (piano, acoustic guitar, other solo instrument, acapello, or minimum accompaniment.)

Folk / New Age / Country / R&B / Hip Hop songs with vocals

Current/hip/cutting edge pop/rock songs with vocals

Alt rock/indie pop songs with vocals

Lyrics should be personal and conversational, about love, life, sorrow, loneliness, happiness, or about personal experiences. All tempos will be considered. No profanity or uncleared samples.

Excellent performances are absolutely essential. Any stylistic approach or tone could work. The sound quality must be excellent (solid demo recordings are okay as long as the quality is there). We offer a non-exclusive, 50/50 split synchronization licensing deal - you keep your original copyrights. Broadcast quality recording needed.
