Myspace Blog Dec 2009

Is it almost Christmas already? Well, make sure you grab a copy of Big Love Vol 2 mixed by myself featuring our most recent releases on Big love & Big Love Digital. As well as all my productions from this year there is also a preview of “Good Times” which I’ve done as a collaboration with Mark Knight & Funkagenda on Toolroom (who’ve also shot a video for it) and it isn’t released until Feb next year. The album is out now at all good download sites!

Finally released also is my collaboration with Kaskade feat Hayley called “So Far Away” on Ultra available at all usual download sites. There’s also the remixes of  Haji & Emanuel (myself and Paul Emanuel) “Take Me Away” by Out of Office & Linton Brown out too!

Seamus Haji vs Dino Psaras feat Rudi “My Destiny” will be my next production coming soon on Big Love and I’m also working on a new Haji & Emanuel single for early next year.

I played at some hot gigs recently such as the MN2S party at the Sugar Factory during the Amsterdam Dance Event with Bart B More, Full Intention, Sandy Rivera & Ron Carrol also on the bill…it rocked!  Le Discoteque in Moscow is a great new venue with an open minded crowd and forward thinking resident DJ/Promoter Danilla is doing a great job. I played there for the Ministry Of Sound night with up’n’coming UK talent Daley Padley and I can’t wait to go back next year. I had a really good time also at Barasti in Dubai and I saw some old familiar faces like Danny Rampling and Satoshi Tomie who were also playing out there and Martin Metcalf (remember Kindergarten in South-Sea?) and I look forward to going back next year for a mini-tour of Dubai, Abu Dabi & Oman.

I’m really looking forward to my Asia tour in Jakarta, Singapore & Thailand coming up and I’ll be ending another fantastic year for GLAS in Birmingham at The Rainbow. I played for them earlier this year at an all day event with about 4000 people and it was brilliant so I can’t wait for their NYE party.

Wherever you are this year I wish you all a very merry Christmas & an amazing New Year!

Big Love, Seamus
