Our services:
We use only Aveda products with our services. We believe not just in the brand but in the company. Aveda is 97% plant derived and is certified organic. The color line is non carcinogenic, which means we feel good about using a color line that is one of the very few product lines that is not linked to cancer. Aveda is environmentally safe and friendly, and gives back to the world.
In each service that we offer we take care and pride in our education. Each service provider goes through extensive Aveda and in salon training. We do value added services so your visit is a true experience.
Our value added services include complimentary hand, foot, or neck massages with any service. We also do makeup touches with any hair service, so you can leave the salon ready to go anywhere.
We understand that life is busy, so we try and make it easier on our guests by doing "in chair pre- booking." One of our guest service providers will take care of getting you scheduled for your next appointment while your service is being done. This allows less wait time for you when you are checking out at the front desk.
Why pre-book?
Our service providers want to make sure and get you in at a convenient time for you. If you pre-book with your service provider this assures that you will get in with the provider of your choice at a time that works best for you. Forgot your planner? Not to worry we give a 48 hour confirmation call to remind you of your appointment and also make necessary changes in case of other engagements.
As a new customer you have been asked to hold your appointment with a credit card. Your credit card will only be charged if we did not receive a 24 hour cancellation notice. We understand that sometimes you need to change your appointment time, but please provide us with a 24 hour notice so that we can serve other waiting customers.
We offer for your relaxation complimentary beverages, including coffee, espresso, cucumber water, Aveda comforting tea, and wine. We please ask that you limit your wine to one glass; this is to insure your safety when leaving the salon. We always have a snack for you in case you get hungry just let your service provider know and we will be happy to assist you.
We ask as a courtesy that all cell phones are turned off. This is to provide complete relaxation to all of our guests and helps our service providers to stay on time for their appointments.
We love children, as most of us in the salon have them. We ask for your child's' safety that you keep a close eye on them when you are receiving services. There are incidents that could happen because of hot irons, products, etc. Please keep them next to your side at all times. We do ask that you do not bring children with you in the spa area. This is a very quiet area and we want it to be relaxing for all of our guests.
In case of spa services we do ask you to come in at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time. We love to do foot soaks on our clients before their service and this will allow this and all paperwork to be done so you can have your full service time to relax.
