Current mood: bored
I checked out that breaking news clip Chrissi put up on my Comments... what is that? Organ brokers - grimm reaper or savior?? That's trippy man. I've heard about those illegal trading for organ transplants... I wonder where the reel is from, looks kinda old school. I guess to be honest I'm just kinda bored right now, waiting for the bros to come over and kick off the weekend... but seriously, that's a strange vid.

Current mood: relaxed
I hit the surf early this morning on dawn patrol and still thinkin about those waves - 4 foot, nice slow rides, perfect for my long board. I was thinking of taking my short board down to Brazil but since we're backpacking I guess that's not gonna work. We might also try to bike (yeah, imagine Bea doing that) or take a bus up to the mountains… get away from the big cities and explore a bit of real Brazil. Ya'll have any tips on where to go?

So I finally decided where I should take some time off – Brazil. I've been reading up to see where I can go during the trip…maybe Rio de Janeiro, maybe Salvador – but it's got to be near the beach where I can hit the surf. I'm kinda bummed thou, because I got thrown a total curveball… my little sister. She's been dead set on going to Brazil since last year, but Mom wouldn't let her go by herself. I finally caved last week and promised Mom that I'd go along to watch over her… having her around is definitely going to take my game down to zero… but it does sound like it could be an awesome trip, and something I really need right now. Maybe having family around won't be bad after all… help me to get my head on straight again.

It finally happened… Alicia and I broke up a few days ago. We really haven't been happy together for a while, and I guess it finally clicked that we just weren't working. Whatever. She had her own problems… let's leave it at that. And my job still sucks. It's totally time for a change.
