This is the story of the little movie that could. With so much competition from giant studios it’s nearly impossible to get a theatrical release for a low budget independent movie, unless you’ve got an original idea, make a funny movie that audiences everywhere can enjoy and are in the right place at the right time. Enter Skiptracers.

In the armpit of Alabama just beyond the crossroads of ambition and stupidity, Skiptracers is the story of a family whose fortunes are tied up in a web of fugitives, football and fellatio. Witness the misadventures of JD and Tucker Trawick (Bail-bonding, pee-wee football coaching brothers) as they attempt to keep their dad’s bonding company in business and their senile Nanny off the road.

Audiences across the country have enjoyed this movie and the performances of the up and coming actors and bands that wrote music for the soundtrack. First time Director Harris Mendheim returned to his hometown of Dothan, Alabama to embellish the story of his family and make a cult classic.

Langhorne Slim ad the War Eagles- Paste Magazine’s Best of 2008- collaborated with the filmmakers and the Brooklyn based band the Defibulators to make a memorable score. Justin Johnson added some solid 80's tunes that will make you laugh .
