I'd like to report that we'll be releasing our self-titled debut album in February 2009. We'll be going into the studio for 4 days before Christamahanaukwanzaaka this year.

The album will be available in digital form on iTunes and CD, and in analog form on vinyl LP. It will consist of mostly original tracks such as Mountain Woman, Hourglass, and Fire of the Mind, with video game covers of our name-sake "Marble Garden" from Sonic 3 and the well known Underground music from the Mario series.

The album will feature a few guests, and a new drummer. Staunch blues fans will be taken aback by the lack of traditional 12-bars. This album is to showcase our original efforts and sounds: 1990's video game music with Hammond organ; odd-time Earth rants; Syncopated echoplex slide guitar and Sample & Hold via ARP synthesizers. Sillyness galore.

Stay tuned because this record is going to blow some minds. All-analog richness for your head.

Marble Garden was a very great band.  Unfortunetly, our album never met the high expections of a vinyl release. Whether you like blues or prog, our first album was very much a treat to music lovers. The debut album was premiered on January 17th 2009, and in a very limited run of 200 copies, it sold out very quickly.

In early 2010 there will be a Marble Garden release compiling the best moments of Marble Garden from 2008-2009 including tracks from the debut as well as unreleased live tracks and new studio tracks with some of Sarasota's finest.
