WERD!!! So basically, here's how it all happened. I met Ethan Minsker at Niagara Bar (on the corner of E.7th street and Avenue A). He created the ANTAGONIST MOVEMENT and they're fuckin' rad. So then I gave him a copy of our current album "Soldiers of the Living Dead" (which is on sale at Looney Tunes Records[see banner on our myspace page]). Then he tells me that he liked it, so I asked him if they had any upcoming projects. Then Ethan tells me that they do, and it's gonna be called "The Dolls of Lisbon," and that they're looking for bands to contribute music to the dvd. I say rad, and that my band (All Up In Arms) would love to do a song. Then he says rad. Anyway, to make a long story short, Ethan loved the song, I asked if we could become Antagonists, he said he'd love to have us, and then it was made official. Rad.

Essentially, it's a community of any and all artists who got pissed on by mainstream society. "The Antagonist" doesn't care about mainstream art, and if that's a crime, then they create it. I know, I know... fuckin' rad. ANYWAY, we did a song for their next dvd, which is entitled "The Dolls of Lisbon," and the song we made for 'em is called "Dolls of Lisbon." You can hear our new song "Dolls of Lisbon" on our uber-convenient Myspace Music Player (MMP for short).

Anyway, I'm rambling. Check out the ANTAGONIST MOVEMENT and see what they're all about. Seriously... fuckin' rad.

So ya... we've decided to get ourselves a street team to help us promote upcoming shows, new music, and just things we've been up to in general. If you're interested in becoming part of our VOLUNTARY street team, drop us a myspace message or comment, or feel free to email us at allupinarmsband@aol.com

Promotion is a pain in the ass, and although we really do enjoy doing it ourselves, it dawned on us that if we had a street team, it would help us out A LOT. And hey, even though it's VOLUNTARY, if you're on our street team and you helped us get a bunch of people to a show (and therefore we got paid for it), we'd make sure that you see some bread for your efforts. And if you're on the street team, we would hope that we can count on your attendance at shows.

If the street team's efforts turn out to be successful, after a while we'd be able to put you guys on the guestlist for shows, and ultimately (drumroll please) PAY YOU!!! This would be based on the following: helping to get attendance up at shows, helping with album sales, helping with t-shirt sales.... yeah, that's pretty much it.

So, here's hoping this reaches some of you out there... oh yeah, and we're NYC based, so it would help if anyone interested in joining the VOLUNTARY street team lives in any of the 5 boros.

That's fuckin' right!!! Foxy Roxy is officially a member of All Up In Arms!!! Shit yeah... and she doesn't disappoint either... her first official practice with us was yesterday, and we had a setlist for the show last nite to go over. I mean, she got a couple of songs in before Ian showed up, but then we had to get down to business. Anyway, as we were going over each song, I asked Roxy to bust out the corresponding songsheet and see if she could follow along. Well, she did!!! Fuckin' awesome right? Fuckin' awesome. Anyway, we're really excited to have Roxy in the band, and hopefully she'll feel at home with All Up In Arms.

That's correct. All Up In Arms is coming out with it's first album, and we think it's bound to be pretty good. At least, it should be better than that album that won't be named when we were The Epik. Anyway, it's got 10 brand new songs and they're chock full of melodic punkrock with a hardcore edge. The album will be on sale for only $5.00!!! Oh, and the album is gonna be officially released on April 17th at 7:30pm @ our record release show with Up For Nothing AND Step Aside!!!

Well folks, we'd just like to say that you know how some bands have bots to add people to their page? well we'd just like to say that we take our time when adding people and we do it one at a time, and also take the time to send out a message with every friend request that we send.
