L.C. is  no more under that name, Torrential Pain is the same line up and will still be playing the L.C. songs. The name commes from the term torrential rain witch is quite appropriate for a vancouver band. We ad a great 5 years run under L.C., we hope to get an other 5years under Torrential Pain.

it was a very fun night. there wasen't much attendence, witch i was expecting since it was a tuesday, but everyone that was there ad a blast

sadistics saint opened, there music was good, kinka plain death metal, it was quite thight. one of the guitar player was the same as morbid surgeon (the short one) and they have that ridiculously hot chick singning, i mean fucking criss she look fine. Funny thing, there was a larger crowd for the first band, a lot of parent, was kind of funny to see 50 years old parent type to attend that kind of concert in that kind of venue.

when we got on stage(Luciferian Conquest) half the crowd already left, mainly young kids and parents. We also ad some gear issue, we borowed a guitar amp from Morbid Surgeon, the bass amp and drum kit from ABirato. was weird to see jon play a small drum kit like that and aron ad only 1 keyboard so we ad basicaly twice the room we usualy have, was nice to mouve around. so a big thanx to both bands for lending us the gears and saving our ass.

Morbid Surgeon played next and gave an energic performance, no bass that night.that band is getting better every time i see them. they finnish there set with a cannibal corpse cover and they got ricky to sing it witch he scewed up royaly, but the music was right.

AB irato got on satge and riped-it up good. awesome stage presence, you can tell their fucking passoinate about there music. they where simply overwhelming. they can shure old there part in a metal show. and they where particularly agressive that. the best i ever seen them play.

So big thanx to all the bands (specialy Morbid Surgeon for donnating part of there there pay to AB irato for gas), to every one who took the time to comme party on a tuesday and of course to Wendy.

Luciferian Conquest started in early 2003 when Jon (drums) and Burt (guitar) started to jam together to form a power metal band. In February Stony (bass) joined L.C. upon the ominous demise of his other band, Thulsadoom. After only a few week of playing, the song randition became heavyer all the time to a point when it became obivious that L.C. was not going to be a power metal band but more of a death band. In march L.C. performed for the first time in front of a audience. Coincidently that show was also Thulsadoom (Stony's other band) last show. That show took place at the McGill house (Stony's and Jon's crib at the time), a place that use to be a most for private shows. Other bands that graced that stage include: Omega Crom,Descention,Demyse, just to name a few. The next adition to the band was Justin (vocal) and the band was complete. After a spring and a summer of playing various concert the luciferian curse started to kick-in. Burt parted with the band just after the second edition of the North West Metal Fest witch L.C. played at. It took L.C. 8 months to find a new guitar player. The new hire was Doug witch ad been playing with Stony for a year and a half with the band Thulsadoom. But the curse was just around the corner. The day that Doug was hired Justin quited the band. It took a other 4 months to find a new singer. By that time the band ad been in hiatus for a year. Burried, who was also Timmy (the vocal for the band Tard) took the singer position. Around the same time L.C. started to include some keyboard on their 2 black metal songs (Mold On Rye and Heaven Shall Burn). Now the band was ready to performe live again wich they did at the last Omega Crom concert. The next 5 months ( now late 2005) L.C. played various shows and everything seems to be going fine. But the curse was waiting for the band once again. In march Doug quited the band and due to the short notice of that event, L.C. ad too cancel their apperence at the second Walpurgisnach festival. The band spent yet a other summer in hiatus. In the mean time L.C. added Silent-6 (ex-Visions Of The Night) as a fulltime membre, there fore adding keyboard to all of their songs. L.C. found a new guitar player in Ricky Snot-rag (Anal Impalement). Now L.C. is is as tight of a formation as they ever been. They recorded a self titeled 4 songs demo and have printed shirts for the new year. And the curse? Well a few month back Ricky Snot-rag ad a flesh eating kind of bacteria that fucked up is leg and put him in the hospital, but he is all right now.And now (may 2007) the curse strike again. Barry (the vocal) disapered without a trace. So he was out of the band and Ricky, Silent-6 and Stony  took on vocal duty's for time beeing. Then in May of 2007 Dano took over the vocal and brought a even more blackmetal sound to the band.In february 2008 the band recorded a new demo and starts playing around bc. I hope to see some of you guy's (yeah, you that's is reading that) to our up-coming shows.
