Hey guys. There was a nice little nod to us in the Pitch last week. Check it out.

We got a lot of shows coming up (where we'll be playing new songs). Also, recording a new Klangs EP is in the works.

All exciting.

Hey all...

Here's an update on the band, etc.

1. We had our debut performances last weekend and they both were great. Thanks to everyone who came out to see us with namelessnumberheadman or The Khrusty Brothers. We had a blast playing for the masses.

2. We now have t-shirts available. They are designed by Ian Davidson and they look sweet. They're American Apparel softey's (Grey with Brick Red Printing). You can get them at shows for sure, and we'll get a link up on myspace pronto as well.

3. We also have plenty of "KCK Presents the Klangs" records left. You can pick those up at upcoming shows or by clicking the "Buy It Here" button on the myspace page.

4. Finally, our album was reviewed by Ink Magazine this week. Please check out the deftly written review at:
http://www.inkkc.com/press+play/blog/1911&pt=Ink-album-review:-The-Klangs
or pick up an issue before next Thursday.

5. Thanks for making it this far.
Love.

Current mood:  accomplished
I just got the mixes back on my new record. It's a concept album about a cosmic battle for supremacy and survival. I'm really excited for everyone to hear it. It will be called Khorky Custer Khrusty presents: The Klangs. I know, I know, it's not the most clever or imaginative name, but don't let that fool ya. This album is out there...both in content and in musicality. It's, by far, the most free-wheelin', imaginative music I've ever made. A lot of that can be credited to Greg LaFollette, who produced and engineered the record. He was gracious enough to let me use his myspace music player while I worked on this site, but it looks like I'm ready to head out on my own now. So, yeah, check out the songs (which, by the way, are still unmastered) and tell me what you think...

Cordially,
Khorky
