Hope you're keeping warm with your loved ones this winter season. The Fervor has just finished a marathon recording session with our Fang'd friend Kevin Ratterman at the F-home here in Louisville, Kentucky. We recorded two tracks, "No Apology," a rock march down the unapologetic plank of debt and the corporate world, and "Same State," a lullaby of sorts, featuring Follow The Train's Dave Cronin. We were fortunate enough to have several of our very talented friends make guest appearances on these songs, including Cheyenne Mize from Arnette Hollow, James Vaughn from The Commonwealth, Chris Higdon from Frontiers and Susan Crocker and Dan Moore of Lucky Pineapple. We hope Same State will make it on 2009's Louisville Is For Lovers compilation released in February, and No Apology will be released this spring by Karate Body Records. We're looking forward to sharing these recordings with you soon, so keep an eye out for them! In the meantime, Ben and I are cozied up in Germantown, writing songs for our next album. Here's hoping good things for all of us in 2009!

xoxo,
Natalie
