What's up guys?? I hope all is well out there.

If you haven't heard already, Closer has decided to hang it up. It has been a wonderfully rewarding experience, and we all hate that it's ending, but it was time.

We all would like to thank each and every one of you for your continued support. From the venues and the promoters to our fans, friends and family, we thank everyone that helped support us. We also thank Will Hammond and Lee Summerville (both former guitarists), who helped shape the band until the end.

From The Forest Hills Pool to the Elbow Room to The 3 Rivers Music Festival, it has been a fantastic ride and it will be missed.

Don't worry, we are all still working very closely together, simply in different capacities.

David Baker has started developing and working with bands. He recently completed his first project with Shallow Pallace.
Check out Baker's page at http://www. myspace. com/davidbaker

Nathan Reed has accepted an A&R Representative position with Chamberlain Records and is Head of A&R for Killingsworth Recording Company.
Check out Nate's site at http://www. myspace. com/nathanlr

David Reed has begun a brand new project, The Private Life of David Reed. With his new disc coming out this Fall, you should be hearing a lot from him soon.

This decision did not come easily, but it came comfortably. We all have a lot of music in us, but it will no longer be in the form of Closer. You will hear much more from us.

We promise!!

Once again, thank you all!!!
