Yes, it's true.  I am gainfully employed once again.  Working at Johnson Controls, and making better money than I really expected.  Guess it worked out after all.

Might have a car soon, too.  Things are looking up.

Also, the Cure was awesome.

Man alive...  So, my car died on Friday.  I just found out the May dates of Tony 'n' Tina's Wedding got cancelled, and I still don't have a "regular" job.  Tony 'n' Tina paid the bills this month, but if Alterra doesn't hire me, paying them next month is gonna be interesting.  Public Enemies will help, as I'm doing 2-3 days on that, but I don't know if that's gonna be enough.

On the bright side, due to the cancellation of Tony 'n' Tina's, I get to go see the Cure with my lady and some of my other peeps, so that's good.  Also, stay tuned here, as I'm working on a new project that I'm going to see about performing live if I can get everything in place.  I'm not gonna say much, but I think it could be good.

So, I've finally begun putting sketch ideas down on paper (well, hard drive space, anyways), and I'll be looking at cameras within a couple weeks.  I think the show will be called "Open Holes" in honor of the sign I see when driving to the east side that reads "Caution: Open Holes" and has a stick figure falling into a perfectly round hole.  It's comedy every time!  At any rate, keep your eyes open for Open Holes...

Oh, man.  It's been a weekend so far.  A nice, long weekend.

I have this thing about Thanksgiving that's not altogether different from New Year's.  The whole "let's set a day aside every year to give thanks" is kinda bullshit.  Shouldn't you be thankful for things all the time?  On New Year's, everyone makes these stupid resolutions instead of constantly striving for self improvement.  It's stupid.

Echo and the Bunnymen rocked the Metro last night.
