1. i am going back out on the lamb! available from mid-march through at least may. talk to me about where i should play/who i should play with! i want to go everywhere. west coast, southwest, midwest, northeast, southeast, BRING IT.

2. i will spend march 5th-15th playing guitars + keyboards backing adam lipman at shows in the west (no-cal, so-cal, arizona, nevada, mexicali, utah). http://www.myspace.com/adamlipman for details. we will be playing songs from his 17 forthcoming records.

3. i'm sorry i've been so bad about keeping in touch with everybody. having two + jobs over the last 8 months has kept me from talking to pretty much everybody, save the few people i work with. I'M NOT MAD AT YOU, I'VE JUST BEEN BUSY DOING RIDICULOUS THINGS THAT I'D RATHER NEVER HAVE DONE. honest. or rather, i've spent an intense period of reflection and normal living, and i'm done with that kind of business for the time being.

4. in bonus news, the new record is slowly slowly slowly being pieced together. hopefully will be done sometime in the spring or summer. it is going to be called PERPENDICULAR CROSSTALK IN THE FORBIDDEN ZONE. songs include:

highway tolls are a bunch of bullshit.

i have figured out how to get from the drrty south to New England for only $4.  and actually, if you reverse the directions, you don't have to pay any tolls at all.

this is how:

- I-95 N starting from Richmond, VA

- I-95 N merges with I-495 just before Washington DC.

- Get on I-295 N/E towards Baltimore. At some point, this ceases to be I-295 and becomes "The Washington-Baltimore Expressway".

- Merge back on to I-95 N in Baltimore.

- Exit at the MD-2 (about exit #55). Take this North towards downtown.

- Right at US-40 (going East). Stay on this for about 8 miles.

- Get on I-695 N/W for about 2 miles.

- Merge on to I-95 N.

- Exit #74 to MD-152 N for about 3 miles.

- Get on US-1 N.

- Take US-322 S/E. Congradulations, you are now in Pennsylvania!

- Get back on I-95 N on the PA side.

- Merge back on to US-1. Stay on this for about 30 miles.

- Get on I-287 W. This is where you have to pay $4 to cross the Tappan Zee Bridge.

- I-287 will merge with I-87 for a while. When they split back up, stay on I-287.

- Get on I-95 N. This will take you to New England.  HOORAY!!
