In 2005 somewhere in the harbour of Rotterdam, between old warehouses and rusty ships, an unknown DJ had a dream: to release some of the best music he knew, made by his unknown friends. This resulted in the
ELECTRONIC GENERATION compilation, a
classic double vinyl album, which has been one of the best kept secrets of the Dutch electronic underground in the past years.
In 2008 SD RECORDS released
two EP's by this unknown DJ, who is now known as
LOUIS GUILLIAUME. The guys from SD RECORDS knew the album and they decided to follow the dream behind it: to spread this deep, soulful Detroit-ish house and techno to as much people as possible. Now it's finally here: the ELECTRONIC GENERATION album will be available as digital download on SD RECORDS.
