it had come to my attention that the cafe across the street from my building has been known to carry cheese danishes... while i quite enjoy cheese danishes they have never really been on the top of my list.... until the day i decided to go across the street to buy one. and they were all gone. i have since begun fantasizing about said danishes and imagined the person that goes in every day to buy the last one up before i get in there EVERY single time. well folks, some days i win.... sort of... today i got in the cafe and to my delight there was one left. i was so excited i could barely wait to chomp down. and when i did. utter dissapointment. i guess i really don't love cheese danishes all that much. and i was left wondering.... is this a deeper lesson i need to learn?

I am sorry to tell you but the owner got a full report and I got it too, from the UNIT 804 during March 24-27.
First of all I have to agree with the hotel management , it was sad to see the unit that way.I was so surprise to see 2 young girls with no sense of care and cleanliness.
You can read below what she wrote to the owner .I did refund your account with $230 , because $70 was for the lost keys, but now with the report and conversation between omer, myself and hotel management there will be additional charges.
Here are the charges for damages and extra guest fees. (Your sister and you knew it, and she even signed on the day of the arrival that in case of additional guest, $150 daily fee will be charged.). I told you many times, I wrote you explanined it to you, that this unit is for 2 people ONLY.
The charges will be:
_ $450 ($150 daily for extra guest, even though we all know that were way more people staying there)
_ $100 (Deep cleaning fee, check the management notice bellow)
_ $139 (Broken Locker, there was no need to brake the locker, if you had call front desk they would have come to help you)

Besides that , complains were reported by guest from the same floor. (Cigarette and smoke smell all over the hallway, including marihuana smell complains).
Partially smoked marihuana cigarretes were found on the floor, office table , night stand table, and under the floor. A type of ziploc plastic bag with marihuana in it was left on the table as well. 12 robes on your unit, 6 missing.Cigarrete holes like burn stains on the bed sheets.
Well, we had to take pictures of everything , to keep in our records and for the owner report.
I know for sure that you are aware of everything it was mention above, and the damages will be charge to your account. I will be sending you the total invoice and a copy of the agreement signed by you and your sister, plus I will attached copy of all my emails mentioning the details of the rental.

My Executive Housekeeper went to the room today and it is truly in disarray. Very sad to see that unit left that way. Though I will be happy to extend you a lower cleaning fee for using it multiple times a month this time it will take the housekeeper more than the normal 1 hour for a studio. The guest you had there had multiple people stay and got there hands on more than 6 of our robes and left it smelling badly of cigarette smoke which I am sure Desiree told you. I spoke with her when she was here .Not only that, drugs were found on trash cans , under the bed and etc.The bathroom door locker is broken, 2 cigarettes burn stain on the sheets, we will have to get new ones. For the cleaning I will have to charge 100.00. The engineer is also taking care of a leak on the bathroom ceiling.

We are going to charge $100.00 but we are laundering in house your personal towels and sheets to replace those clean to you as well and make up the room, deep clean it and reset everything as it should be. By the way they had 12 bathrobes!!
