For right now, looks like we might be done. It's been a solid few years. And one year really being an active band. Like Steve once told me, "we accomplished more with this band than I thought we would." Damn straight. It's not without a great sense of loss that I think about abandoning this project we had, but between losing our practice space, stuff breaking, not having a van for real touring, and obligations like other bands, school, work, and the possibility of moving for some of us, just doesn't seem right to half heartedly keep something going that we cannot devote 100% of our energies towards. Some bands do it, and it shows. We did what we wanted, played what we wanted, and some people dug it, some didn't. Steve, Nick, John, Chris, Pete, Jeff, all of you helped make some songs that I'm proud to say we called our own. We were an awkward bunch of freaks and geeks, and we had fun. We played a different type of punk rock and for what it was worth, it was awesome. Maybe we'll be back, I like to think we will.

WELL AWARE(Medway, MA) http://myspace.com/wellawarehxc While it might come off as rather generic for some of you, I think the music is catchy and well executed youth crew styled hardcore. The vocals have a late 1980s/early 1990s west coast yelp to it, kinda like Kevin Seconds. The song "Days To Remember" has a break that reminds me of the old Rhode Island band, Temperance, due in part to the faint acoustic solos and faint acoustic guitar. Surprisingly entertaining.

Well Aware Days To Remember 5 Tracks Well Aware is a fresh Vegan Straight Edge band from Medway, MA. This demo kicks in with 5 tracks of energetic hardcore with the right amount of melody. Heartfelt songs about friendship, having a clear mind, loyalty, and making the right choice. The packaging of this demo looks awesome too, both the CD and lyrics sheet are enclosed in a cardboard slip case…artwork done by Karlo Valentincic. For fans of Champion, Far From Breaking, The First Step, and Verse. Also, recommended for diehard fans of old school horror movies and video games.
