Put on your colors and come out to support the Air Force Falcons (4-2, 2-1 MWC) as they travel to UNLV to take on the Rebels (3-3, 0-2),  Saturday, Oct. 18th. This game is the second straight road game for the Air Force and their 14th meeting with the UNLV Rebels. Kickoff is at 7:06 PST at Sam Boyd Stadium. This event will be the capstone to UNLV's Homecoming Week that started on the university campus on Oct 13th. Festivities start at 4:00 pm with a massive tailgate party in the Star Nursery field adjacent to Sam Boyd.  There is no charge to enter the tailgate area. The Rebel Parade, an annual UNLV homecoming event, will commence at 5:00 pm in the Northwest lots and traverse the outside of Sam Boyd stadium. A local band comprised of US Air Force members stationed right here in Las Vegas, Itchy C.H.O.A.D. (Creative Heroes on Active Duty) will be performing live from 4 to 6 pm between the AFA and UNLV tailgate sections. The band started in 2006 in a garage and has since taken to the local music scene in Vegas. Catering to military-themed rock songs, one of their signature tunes Empty Eyes, the story of the military sniper, made it onto the Local 107.9 FM radio station this past Sunday night. For more information contact theitchychoad@cox.net or visit their music website at www.myspace.com/theitchychoad.

Hey, check out the ReverbNation link on the page. We have been gearing up for the Aug 23rd show, but have a ton of new unrecorded music that we want to lay down. Look for it soon...real soon.

When we started this, we recorded most of the older tunes in a garage...literally. Bad acoustics, bad lighting, and crappy instruments plugged into a Yamaha 8-channel mixer. We finally moved up to an Al "Beat Boy" Esis drim machine (Alesis SR-16). Well, now we record in a second story loft with track lighting, a few newer instruments, and the same crappy mixer. But now we have a new weapon. We'd like everyone to welcome Chris "Don't Miss" Horton as the newest member of Itchy Choad. We've had a few chances over the past year or so to get something going but we came up short. We made the Bodog Battle of the Bands auditions here in Vegas and have even had our name mentioned on a local Las Vegas radio station. Our big break is just around the corner. Thanks to all who have supported and welcome to the new fans who have become a part of the Choad.
