I went for a walk with my favourite friend Toby the other day, along the canal. I wore my white neckerchief with the blue naked people on it and I was looking very fine. It is usually so nice on the path. Lots of birds to chase and other dogs to play with. But I am not as frisky as I used to be, although I am still sleek and beautiful, and didn't notice the stupid human riding his bike really fast straight for me.
He ploughed right into me and got me with his wheel. He, luckily, went flying and hurt himself. Stupid wheel machine on the canal.
Toby noticed that I had bitten my tongue and grazed my leg.... there was a lot of blood so he took me home to get me sorted out.
After a bit of love from Cami and Hobby I was ready to go again, not one to the scared off by someone bigger than myself.
So please ride slowly or start to be more aware of small people like me, other dogs and dwarfs. We get hurt easily. Thank you x
Also this week, Alex's ridiculous dog Bear came to visit and subsequently ruined half my day. I don't like Bear, she is 5 years younger, comes from an alleged line of famous Wheatens and most irksome is her body of luxuriant blonde hair. Bitch, she might be prettier, more aristocratic and blonde but she's not the queen here. When she went away I had a sleep on my favourite bench where somebody had left an apron smelling nicely of food and I felt better.

I'm sooo excited ... Bastille Day is almost here again! This Saturday 14th July we will be playing Petanque, drinking Ricard and eating saucisson mmmmmm.

You need to register yor team for The Petanque Competition by 1pm and it costs £5 to enter which is to be donated to Battersea Dogs Home as requested by me ... well if you're going to put a load of sand infront of my pub and tell me I'm not aloud to do my bizness in it then I think its the least you can do!

The weather has turned so hot it makes me feel so good (and lazy). I like this time of year because people leave their drinks on the floor and I get to have a little taste... I'm a bit partial to a crisp rose from the south of France.

I'm very excited about this weekend - we're having a party on Saturday 28th October! Kids are invited to carve pumpkins (they have to bring their own tools though!) from 1pm and then the party proper starts at 6pm.
