Ok, we're into week four of Bandidge Radar's Polls of the Week...
Here are the winners so far:
Week One: With Stones In His Pockets edged out Pagan Wanderer Lu in an extremely close battle that saw the lead change hands countless times during the week. Finally, With Stones... pulled out a lead and surged for the finishing line and claimed the glory. Great start to all things...
Week Two: Deceptikon romped to an absolute whitewash against LR Rockets, with the lead never looking in doubt after the first day of voting... The rest of the week was a chance for the guys from Leicester to brush up on their acceptance speeches and walk away with the prize...
Week Three: Kamikaze Cream Cake came straight from Kissy Sell Out's Radio One show frying pan, and into the Bandidge fire, with a hotly contested battle against Jupiter Monkeys. In a fight that went all the way - even closer than week one's epic fight - KCC just showed enough resolve in the final third to get themselves over the finishing line in time. Good show by all...
Week Four is another battle of contrasting bands, with Cheeky Acoustic UK Folk singer Bill Noonan, aka Morninoonanight facing up against the sextet Prog Pop power that is Keyboard Choir. With the latter signed up to Brainlove records, it should be a formality, but don't rule out the solo artist, as he has been gaining a widely appreciated fanbase, which saw him perform at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival last summer.
In week one we saw the contender beat the heavyweight - will we see another David vs Goliath battle this week?
Head over to the site to see for yourselves, and check back for the winner on Monday evening.

ROLL UP! ROLL UP! COME USE BANDIDGE RADAR!!
Offering a place for any unsigned, undiscovered, underground or newly signed artist is the name of the Bandidge Radar game, and all you need to do to get in on the act is to fill out the following form: http://bandidge.com/radar/BANDIDGE_RADAR_FORMS.doc
This is open to anyone if you fit the criteria, and you don't need to ask permission to send it through. Send it out to artists you manage, look out for, are friends with, hate, love, etc irrespective of genre, location, age etc and then send it back through to radar@bandidge.com - we will do the rest. Heck, if you are actually an artist yourself, then obviously fill it out too, we're not fussy.
It's a perfect chance to get some exposure and reach thousands of people who you previously may miss out on in this crazy, mixed up world. With the addition of a Q&A session attached, it gives the perfect chance for people to quickly see your personality and get to know you without you doing all that much!
There's links available for site pages, contact links if you want to let people get in touch with you, hosting available if you want people to download a track of yours (for a limited time, if you would prefer), and picture space - obviously - in which you can place a picture... Mental.
Oh - and there's also a weekly competition to see who is the best artist according to the masses, so spread the word amongst the fans and get them to show support to the artist that really is the king/queen of the musical castle when you go to do battle (don't worry, we will tell you when that is!) We may even give you a little picture award to place on MySpace pages or wherever you desire to wear as a badge of honour for winning... maybe even for just taking part...
The launch of Bandidge Radar is coming very soon, so get typing/sending!
Love from all of us at Bandidge.com x

With all the attention nowadays being on the bright and shiny things that are hurtling toward us at a crazy old rate, it's always good to take a look back and make sure you haven't missed anything out in the stampede.
This week at Bandidge, we focus on just this, with the addition of Newquay-based artist, Ruarri Joseph.
Yes, from the outset he may look like a regular singer-songwriter, but if you take a look at the interview online now, you'll see that there's much more to him than that - and you'll also see what he thinks to that particular musical label...
It rounds off two interviews that have been online of late from groups who are genuine talents that emerged in the UK during '07. The other is U.S. rock group Goldspot, whose own battle to major label security has been fraught with battles - including those of a cultural variety.
Both of these interviews are from people who have had less than ordinary lives, and have therefore created less than ordinary works and deserve to be listened to. It's good to take a breather once in a while, so get on the main site and see what we mean.
Happy New Year too..!

The highly anarchic series Modern Toss arrives at Bandidge this week in the form of an interview!
Read the highly charged account of the characters - mainly Alan, the wanker - destroying the Bandidge offices, as well as the characters offering some rather blunt answers to our assistant editor, Ant Whitton.
It's MAJORLY explicit, so if you love/hate that sorta stuff, you'd be advised to think before you check it out... but I think you should do it either way, just don't complain to us - there's enough warnings on the site about it!
Another interview arrives tomorrow from one of the UK's most loved rock acts. Find out soon what it is...
Merry Christmas!
