As all of my friends and family know, Marc Knight doesn't like to stay in Eufaula for his summers. I'll find any opportunity to go out and do something new, as I have in the past two summers I've been in high school. Well for this summer, I participated in a program that rural high school seniors attend the University of Alabama for the summer term taking actual college classes. But the whole point of the program is to help rural teenagars realize whether they want to be in the medical field, and gives them shadowing experience over a doctor and all of that great stuff. I had a really great time and met teenagers my age from all over the state who all shared the same career interest as myself. I spent from June 4-July 7 in Tuscaloosa at Parker-Adams Hall. The experience to classes was awesome, and the experience of living on your own was exhilarating. It's given me some more motivation just to get through high school so I can go off to college. Some interesting trips we made was to the Univeristy of South Alabama's School of Medicine where we went into a Gross Anatomy Lab and saw actual human organs and poke, prod, etc. But main reason I wanted to post this blog was to post some pictures of people from the program and any stuff we did. And anyone who read this, you're simply great. :-) My roommate, who never slept in the room, and I Elizabeth....the slacker slacking off in class Anthony, T.J., and Rob playing "Closing Time" at the talent show This guy, Brandon, that wanted a picture with me...Kinda freaky he is. 4th of July (duh) Tada! I do tricks! Tiffanny and I on the last night....very bad lighting Sarah and I dancing on the last day. <3

The 11 rules of myspace... 1. If you're ugly, stop acting like you don't know it. The captions under you picture that says "top model pose" doesn't convince anyone. 2. To the people who have like 25,098 friends, are you serious? Nobody in this universe has that many friends. You're stupid. Go kill yourself. 3. Don't ever post pictures and say "OMG, I'm so ugly" because if you were, you wouldn't post them. 4. Nobody cares about threats over the internet. Don't try to act hardcore with the keyboard. Fighting online is like racing in the special olympics; even if you win, you're still retarded. 5. Making 20 bulletins a day about how you have new pictures and begging people to comment on them is pathetic. Make the bulletin once if you have to, and those who actually care about you will comment on your pics. 6. If all your pictures look the same, don't post them all. Please put some variety in your pics. Nobody wants to see your face 8 different ways. 7. Who really cares if I don't accept you as a friend? MOVE ON. Don't send me another request or message asking "what's up with you not adding me?" I don't want you as a friend; that's what's up! 8. Little 6th and 7th graders who have MySpace go somewhere else because nobody wants you here!!!!!!!!!!! 9. If you have decided to read this, you are a true MySpace Friend. Real friends read their bulletins. 10. I say you go and pass this on and maybe it will finally get through people's brains (if they have them). 11. And if you open a bulletin and it says something like "you will die in 10 days if you dont repost this," IT'S NOT REAL! And the bulletins that say: "If u love God, repost this"...if u don't, you will go to hell...thats retarted...

So we had that FFA Interview in McKenzie, AL--which was pretty darn small. I ran for district officer where there were only 6 candidates for 6 offices. Well we had the interviews and we waited around for results. The results came out to be where I am #5.......so that means I cannot be comfortable until I see AT LEAST 1 of the southern State officer candidates, who have a dual application, be elected! I'm excited though because I still have the possibility of being a district officer!
Ana is running for state officer and she got all positive comments! So I'm glad. I hope she gets state officer because that would be fantasticus magnus! And if I get it, then this will be one of the very few times Mr. Padgett has had a district AND state officer simultaneously.
So, what I'm saying is...I have a chance of being a district officer. I will let you know in June!!!!
