Tour of California has announced the full rosters and it looks to be the strongest peloton ever. Leipheimer will defend the gold jersey with support from Armstrong while Garmin brings a strong squad to battle Cavendish, Boonen and a host of other strong sprinters.

the 2009 ToC also features the return of Floyd Landis as well as Ivan Basso and Tyler Hamilton to the biggest American pro cycling race.

It's hard to believe that Chaos Cycling Club just entered it's third year! I guess we are officially in our "terrible twos" and I can tell you that Chaos is feeling like stirring some more shit up in 2009!





Our independent forum located within our website at www.chaoscyclingclub.com has grown by leeps and bounds! Tons more members with Feature forums and our new MTB forum represent to desire to be all things to all folks who love the bike!




In 2008 Chaos Cycling Club proudly became a media partner for the Tour of Colorado and look forward to expanding our role with this great cycling series. Our members have expanded Chaos's relationships with Missingsaddle.com as well as other professional entities including Kenda Pro Cycling Team and The Chris Charmichael Training Systems Mountain Bike Series.

With Rolling Stone Magazine has titled cycling the new "Rock 'N Roll Sport of the Millennium" one has to wonder if they are already fans of Mafia Racing. David Janowiec, team president and Mafia Racing rider took the time to discuss the paradigm breaking team philosophy of not only results but the importance of the arts, competition, culture and community. As Janowiec states, "There is no other team like this in the world."

With only 2 years under their belt as a professional team Mafia Racing heads into the Cyclocross National Championships is Kansas City this month. Not only to lay it down on the course but spread their creed of "Life, Loyalty and Liberation."

Janowiec graciously took the time out of his busy schedule to discuss the essence of Mafia Racing, their past and their future.

CCC: The first thing that strikes me about Mafia Racing when I read your media materials is how committed Mafia Racing is too so many things that surround cycling but the self promotion of the team's race accolades doesn't seem to be that important. Yet you have some really elite world-class riders in a variety of disciplines from Gravity, XC, Cyclocross, Road, BMX, to Triathlon who have won quite a bit. Why is that?
