On July 30, 2008, 8bc was hacked. We have identified the person involved through our logs and have referred the matter to proper authorities who are initiating a criminal investigation. We will restore 8bc as soon as we can. Thank you for your patience and sorry for the inconvenience.

The 8bit Collective

8bitcollective is proud to announce the completion of its total overhaul and redesign. In addition to its new primped and powdered exterior, the site has been recoded in its entirety to make it easier for you, the user, to browse media, upload media, and communicate with your fellow 8bitcollective visitors. Features include a new membership system that allows registered users to track their submissions and activity, as well as new forums. 8bitcollective, is still the first site where anyone can upload their chiptune related media, which means that unregistered users haven't lost a single privilege, and can still participate on 8bc exactly as they had before.
