Nick Warren - Alex Santos mix and Wudwerd Main mix are very strong.

Jussi-Pekka (Poker Flat Recordings / Frozen North) - really like the Wudwerd Dub and Rene van Munster Remix. Keep 'em coming! :)

Shur-i-kan (Freerange / Tronicsole / London) – Alex Santos mix is the best here for me.

Laurent Garnier – Alex Santos & Wudwerd Bros Main Mix will fit perfectely in my sets!

Hernan Cattaneo (Buenos Aires) - Really good package!

Jay Tripwire (Utensil / Nordic Traxx / Vancouver Canada) – Das Kraftfuttermischwerk Remix, i like the downbeat cut alot its a good track to end the night with, the other tracks were a bit too scary and strange for me,the closest one to something i like was the rene van munster mix but it was too cut apart and frantic in the arrangment.

Orde Meikle (Part of Slam / Soma) – Excellent!

Will Saul (Simple Records) - Wow! I really like it - cheeky little bassline, nice pads and the production is good. it sounds very crisp. The most impressive thing about the whole track is the development of the arrangement - never sits in one place for too long and the percussion lifts and changes exactly when you want it too. This is very hard to get right.

Consistent (TFE / Front Room / Boe Rec.) - Bocas del Toros Alex santos remix is the track for me. Nice summer track that remind me of the good old days. Leaving it in the box!

Kenny Hawkes (MFF / Classic) -This is something I'd play for sure - Sounds great!

DJ Fame (Dubsided) - Bocas Del Toros (René van Munster Remix) is a def player for me.

Nacho Marco (Loudeast Records / Sonar) - All mixes are good, but the one for me is the Wudwerd Bros Main Mix.

Da Funk (Switzerland) - Fantastic Alex Santos remix. Great vibe and atmosphere, perfect for the summer! Full support!

Chris Santiago (Santiago & Bushido / Robsoul / Potty Mouth) - Loving two mixes out the release: Rene van Munster Remix - This takes the cake as my fav remix. Reminds me of the old school Jesse Rose kind of vibe- will definitely be rocking this in my sets! Alex Santos Mix - Loving the synth tones and melodies on this one. Reminds me of something I would hear on Buzzin Fly. Love it!

Lee Mortimer (Wearhouse / Front Room Recordings) - The René van Munster remix is the track for me!

Shir Khan (Exploited / Radio FRITZ) - The Rene van Muster remix really grew on me. From finding it interesting, to testing it on the dancefloor, to big surprise that this is a real bomb - i can call this one of my essentials in my set right now. will also incude this track in my dj-mix for the xl8r-podcast.

Kamisshake (Azuli) – Wudwerd Bros Main Mix, wicked bass line...full support!

Fine Cut Bodies (Chi Recordings) - The CTL and René van Muster mixes are the tunes for my wallet!!!!

Strakes (Lost My Dog / Kahua Music) - Alex Santos Mix is outstanding - such a great groove. Wudwerd Bros & Rene van Munster mixes also strong.

Frank Tope - I can definitely see it getting played out by a larg cross section of people and welling a fair few in the current climate. I like the slightly Bookashade gone 89 orbotal ravey sound of the main keyboard hook, think that will really drive it.

Rocky - Nice one mate. Sounds great!

Spencer Parker - dope, dope and dope!

Pedro Maderia - Absolutely love it ! Strong bass line and emotionally rich pads and synths, it..s the kind of music that makes me close my eyes on the dance floor and let myself go ... Really good work!

Mlle Caro (Buzzin Fly) - Amazing, I like it!!! (Dub mix)

Alexander Maier (Buzzin Fly) - like both mixes (alex santos rmx + dub mix) but prefer the original. it generates really great feelings and worked great with the crowds.

Renato Patriarca - I like the package... all mixes sound very good. Like the Dub mix very much...Rene van Munster version is also moving... will spin them for sure.

Bigger Than Jesus (U.F.O. / TFE) - thanks for the trax! kool vibes!

Matthew Dekay (DI.FM Amsterdam) – Alex Santos Mix, I love the moody breakdown and the housy feel after that. Amazing!

Murray Richardson (Rebel Waltz) - all the mixes are ace!, Santos mix just takes it for me!

Leigh Morgan (Urban Torque Transmissions) - very cool mix from Alex Santos, will play and include on radio show

Sonny Lopez (In Deep / NYC) – Excellent!

Charlie (Panoramabar Berlin) – Good

Tom Golden (Homegrown / Stylus / Manchester) - Werd. Lovin' the Santos mix, proper nice deep house tackle, sweet bass, rollin rhythm - can't wait to play it out this weekend. The Wudwerd Bros mix is cool as well, mainly due to my obssession with those hunky pop star goss brothers from the 80's...

Pole Folder (Noxx / Brussel) – Wudwerd Bros. Main Mix is good!

Onionz (NYC) – all tracks are dope! Thanx!

Honey Dijon (Hiro / NYC) – René van Munster Remix….Excellent!

Duncan K (Jaded @ The End / MODE / Rave in the Caves / London) - Top release like most of the mixes but I'm going to give the Alex Santos mix a rinse tonight!

Deep Groove (Bristol UK / Underwater Records) – The CTL Remix, warm yet odd - perfect for the early hours

DJ Linus (Pacha Munich) - very good release! full support guaranteed!

Richie Maxx (Sugarbytez / Birmingham) – Loving the René van Munster Remix! FAT!

Dave James (Stealth - Notts / The Royal – Derby) - Loving the Alex Santos remix closely followed by Rene van Munsters jacked up remix. Nice german vibes all round right up my strasse.

Richard Earnshaw (Spiritchaser / UK) – like it...will work well in the Spiritchaser sets.

Hector Romero (NYC) – Alex Santos Mix, Great deep groove!

Sara Main (Ibiza) – Good!

Sam Ball (i-fi Music / Saved / Urbantorque) - Feeling the Wudwerd dub – cheers!

Silicone Soul (France) – Excellent, great release, love the vibe of the original mixes the Alex Santos mix is very strong too, lovely musical elements will support!

Stu Hirst (GU, Viva, CR2, Forensic, UK) - Alex Santos mix is decent. Nice old school melodies.

Jody Wisternoff - Love Alex Santos mix, really good shit!!! Will def play this out!!

Massimo D'Amario (MaGA Syndication, Italy) - are complete work for every taste! My fav is René van Munster Remix.

Matt Masters (Freerange / London) – Wudwerd Dub, Nice deep dub that keeps moving along very nicely. Wicked! 8/10!

Behrouz (San Francisco / Miami / Ibiza) – Alex Santos Mix, excellent!

Julian Sanza (2020 Soundsystem / Argentina) - great package, thank you! My favs: Rene van Munster Remix , Alex Santos RMX and Das Kraftfuttermischwerk Remix!

A1: Bocas Del Toros (Alex Santos Remix)
A2: Bocas Del Toros (The CTL Remix)
B1: Bocas Del Toros (Wudwerd Dub Mix)
B2: Bocas Del Toros (Das Kraftfuttermischwerk Remix)

Discovered by Ben Watt in 2003, Chris Woodward was quickly snapped up by Buzzin Fly. Chris has been at the forefront of what Buzzin Fly have done and has been the UK resident ever since - both at Buzzin Fly's events at The End and at Plastic People and representing the label all over Europe. His style is deep electronic house music with plenty of soul, bassline and melody in equal parts - he never fails to draw the crowd onto the dancefloor. This is his first foray into the studio and it's a banger...a cool dubby tech house release which comes with a lot of remixes by a handful selected upcoming producers. F.e. „Alex Santos“ from Portugal, Two Tracker’s „The CTL“, „Das Kraftfuttermischwerk“ known from releases on Thinner Rec. and TFE Rec., „René van Munster“ the noodle obsessed fidget lover from Holland and last but not least „The Wudwerd Bros.“.

TFE008 - CONSISTENT – WHO DID EP

A: Who Did

„Who did" sorgt dafür, dass genügend Reibung zwischen ihnen entsteht.

TFE007 – BIGGER THAN JESUS – WITCH KRAFT EP

A1: Witch Kraft
A2: Baby Hawkins
B1: Witch Kraft (Perc Remix)
B2: Baby Hawkins (Saint iBot Remix)

"Tis the witching hour of night,?Or bed is the moon and bright,?And the stars they glisten, glisten,?Seeming with bright eyes to listen? For what listen they?"

Well… They listen to Bigger Than Jesus!
Hallelujaaaa…. Good old John Keats felt it coming on strong...
Wiccawiccawiccawoooooooonnnnggggg…

What feels like a rubber broomstick doing an eclectic workout on your head while brushing out the residues of last night's excesses, is "Witch Kraft" in its purest form… The roaring bass get you rushing while the silvery synths let you shiver and the wicked notes of the evil chords swell up to such a trembling tremolo that you end up having a pseudo-religious experience: A wildly snickering witch beguiles you with her bare and hairy breasts, tweaking und toggling them right in front of you!!! Wigglywackiiiaaaak.

Welcome to the enchanting world of glowstick magic cast upon you by Bigger Than Jesus. Little did their poor mamas know that their sons were actually born with super rave powers, powers that would enable them to turn the dancefloors around the planet upside down, which is why they christened the two crazy party squirrels Nick and Pete –- who then went on a quest of sanctification and finally became Bigger Than Jesus.

Waving their state-of-the-art party paraphernalia while happy to spin some choonage that would even make Maria Magdalena gurn in ecstasy, they enchant with their smiley-go-lucky attitude… and with their not-quite-so-holy vibes… Playing clubs, massage parlours, and zoos around the planet, they even mash up Mormon sermons with their uniquely quirky style that owes a lot to those hard house sounds these two were raised on before gobbling up minimal techno snacks.

Being Bigger Than Jesus, it did not take long till they worked out how part the sea, share ambrosia with the masses, and even make music which led to a string of releases on labels as renowned as Silver Planet, Audiojack's UFO and Denmark's Tic Tac Toe. Then, in a truly sacred ceremony, they got signed to Germany's Tendenzen Freier Entfaltung, and now they even use "Witch Kraft" to hyperactively jack the people, generously helped by Perc.

"Baby Hawkins" is Dr. Steven Hawkins' clubby Alter Ego. It is down to him that time itself can be bent like a doughnut or the legs of a flexible lady flat on her back, speeding things up and slowing them down while whizzing hoovers make rounds on the dirty dancefloor and suck up chewing gums and other party residue until the universe implodes into a giant black hole. TFE's Saint iBot offer a tripped out alternative take in which people disappear until Tuesday. True expert stylee.

Abracadabra...

[TFE006] CONSISTENT - SING ALONG RECORD

A1: SING ALONG RECORD
A2: GOT TO BE
B1: SING ALONG RECORD (OLIVER $ RMX)
B2: PROPER BALANCE

Nothing is known about the mysterious force that teamed up to deliver this consistently (uhyeah mama, that's right – nomen est omen after all!) powerful Record that will have you Sing Along in no time. All that's certain is that it's a collaboration of well-known producers that need to stay incognito as some people might accuse them of selling out making such a non-generic hit record.
Whilst the consumer is left in awe and confusion, Consistent stroke their proverbial beards and plan the next strike which might be to find a new note between B and C, regenerate the sound of a crab committing suicide through a shoe to give it that very special oaken timbre everyone is searching for or knitting trumpet socks as making music just does not pay off anymore. Who knows?
Since the world reverberates in micro-cyclical hypes that seem to celebrate every mini squeak and tweak of crazy-looking men that haven't laughed in twenty years and get panic attacks when they fly first class while pathologic politicians and renitent laws make it less and less attractive to be different (until that's back in fashion…) it does not make sense at all to make fun records. Full stop. Fun… what was that all about anyway?
Well! Ask our beloved friends at Tendenzen Freier Entfaltung (Tendencies of Free Development). While protecting the secret of Consistent, they do everything to be as incalculable and surprising as they can! The last TFE release was deep resonating dub techno, and now they change the Proper Balance time by letting everyone wave their arms in the air like they just don't care. It's a sweaty affair and maybe not that stylish, but that's how it's Got To Be.
Nevertheless, Consistent decided to stay faceless (it is very likely they don't have faces) although we do suspect that they have beards and glasses and love to pole-dance as their record is so goddamn funky you just want to take your kit off and swerve in front of the laptop-flapping elitists that think you're a tit no matter how hard you try to look serious and like you don't enjoy life – well, sad for them they will miss out on the orgy that might arise when thronged Oliver $ throws a poolside after-party with all the swanky swayers swearing and throwing dollar notes in the air. Fancy that!!!
