Hello everyone!

Well, it has been nearly one week since we finished our first headline tour and we are enjoying recharging our batteries. It was a truly amazing tour and we thoroughly enjoyed all of the support we received!

The first night was in Wigan our hometown. The venue was packed out when we hit the stage and we were blown away by the response to our set. Thank you Wigan!!! We will be back for a Christmas show in December.

The second night was in Leeds, which is a city that we have never played before so we were very nervous about the show. Thanks to our hardcore fans we had a good response and you guess even crashed the stage on the last song!!!lol good work. This was a very intimate show we will never forget!

Third night was in Scarbrough…..need I say more!lol we had such a laugh through the day before the show. We went in a haunted house on the sea front, had fish and chips and finished it off with a game of footy on the beach….oh and we played a gig!lol Watch out for the video blog footage of this date, it will make you laugh.

The forth date was in Sheffield and this was probably one of the most enjoyable shows of the tour. Mainly because it was in such a small venue and everyone was so up for it that it felt like we were at a party! We will be back Sheffield!!

On the fifth night, we stopped in Birmingham. Thanks to Ruth and Charlotte for our Eighth Wave banner!! This was a fun night and we hope to be playing Birmingham again early next year!

Manchester was the sixth date on the tour. Almost a home coming show!lol I actually got mugged on my way back to the venue from McDonalds and had my iphone snached! 2 hours after knocking myself out on the pavement we hit the stage and somehow managed to play an awesome show! Manchester…you were immense!!

Seventh night we played (in my opinion) the best show of the tour, Newcastle!!! We had such a good laugh before the show watching Y & T in the academy 1 and then walking out to a screaming Geordie audience on the academy 2 stage was awesome. We had bit of the show filmed so keep your eyes peeled for the tour video blogs! We got loads of backstage footage too!

The final night (show number eight!) was at Islington 02 Academy 2. We gave it everything we had and you guys were awesome showing your support! The stage invasion at the end by The Broadcast and Page 44 was very funny too, unfortunately our set was cut short by one song so you didn’t get to see me perform in my banana man costume! Sorry folks I didn’t have any Halloween costumes!lol

All in all our first tour was an awesome experience we will never forget!!!

All that’s left to say now is watch this space for the next UK tour early next year!!!!!!!!!!

Si Roddam - Eighth Wave

We are very sad and frustrated to annnounce that our Glasgow tour date this month has had to be postponed!

The reason behind this was completely unforeseen. To cut a long story short, the venue has changed ownership and they no longer cater for all ages, only 18 +. Therefore, we have been working really really hard behind to scenes trying to secure another venue in time but it wasn't possible.

So, for all you people that were dying to see Eighth Wave again fear not, we will be back in Glasgow before the end of the year. Watch this space for the new date and venue.

All existing tickets are valid for the rescheduled show, however you are welcome to a refund if you wish.

Again, sorry for the late postponment, but it is being sorted and we will see you very soon Glasgow!

P.s. The Broadcast are likley to be hitting Glasgow with us so be prepared for an awesome show peeps! Good things come to those who wait!

October Tour Update

As it has been a couple of weeks now since we announced our tour we thought we would give you a bit of an update on things!

The tour is selling well so thanks to all those people that went and got their tickets straight away. London and Newcastle are selling the fastest so far so come on the rest of you catch up!!lol

Seriously though, if your coming to London you will need to be quick, it is selling out fast.

GLASGOW TICKETS WILL BE ON SALE THIS WEEKEND!!!

The only bad news is that we are not playing at Liverpool now. As you all know tickets aren’t on sale for that date anyway and this was due to a cock up with the venue meaning we were double booked or something. But on the bright side we are playing Wigan and Manchester which are very close by so just make sure you come to those dates instead!

Go to our page and get your tickets now!!!
