When Jamie emails me: "I need to talk to you, email me when you get home so I can call you!"  I do so and 2hrs I am still waiting for that phone call.  Urgh...

I'm so tired too, I just want to go to sleep.  Summer's still awake watching Christmas movies, we're on our third round of Frosty already...it's okay thankfully I like these movies!  :p  I've been reading up in my room dozing in and out of sleep, then waking myself back up.

Ok I am off to go wait for another hour then I'm calling it a night!  If he calls he calls, if not then obviously it wasn't *that* important.  I swear though, if the boy says he needs money or he's lost something again I'll be screaming!  :)

My g/f sent me this article...funny how both my last names (maiden & current) are linked up with this headline.  No I am not coming out of the closet - still very much heterosexual...I just think the headline is hillarious!  Jamie may now be GLAD I demanded to take his name vs. him taking mine (he liked the last name Knight...I think he and my brother were in cahoots to come up with mean names for our children)

Well I think it's time we can finally put the short sleeves up and pull out the warmer clothes.  I think the weather has finally changed for the good now - well can't be quiet sure around here but that's what I think at least!  :)  Yesterday there was a bit of frost on the windows, not too much but a bit...and this morning I opened the door and WOOZERS was it nippy out there.  The kids fought me on putting coats on and I was about to say they had to wear gloves too, but since they were fighting the coat issue...I figured to pick my battles.  If their hands freeze they'll know better for next week.  :p

We all know how much Jamie loves to be the host of kids activities, he just likes to deny it.  When we had Zac's - Peter Pan birthday party a few years back, he soaked it up...  He loved being Captain Hook and having the kids huddle around the pirates chest to see what treasures it beheld.  LOL

When Summer had her princess party, as much as he hated to admit it, he loved being the dad and wrestling with all the girls.  Yes girls can be fun too...

Then today at the ships Children's Halloween Party, he was a great host and you just KNEW he enjoyed every minute of it.  Even if it was a bit chaotic...I still think the kids had a good time and that Jamie enjoyed himself just as much. 

I love seeing him get back to his "kid" roots and just play.  It shows such a soft gentle side to men, although Jamie is so far from being the rough and rugid man...he's always looked at as being the "gentle giant" so-to-speak.  I guess that's why I love him so much.  I knew when he'd help me & my mom out with the Brownie troop what a great "dad" he was going to make, and it's moments like this that prove to me, even with his faults, he is the best father & husband I could've ever imagined or hoped for!  :)

Jamie is sooo cute, even when he's on your last nerve you still gotta love him!  :)  He's sitting here trying to learn magic tricks to play with the kids at the Halloween party tomorrow.  He's like one of the biggest kids I've ever met, when he gets an idea into his head he's like a kid in a candy store and won't stop.  It's just so adorable!!!!

Oh and have I mentioned he has the best looking ass for a 33yr old around???
