Sup? As most of you know I serve as the Music Pastor at Westover Hills Assembly in San Antonio, Texas. Our music ministry is in the process of starting our new resource page on our website. You may ask, "What resources do you offer?" Great question!

We will be offering...

1. ORCHESTRATION ARRANGEMENTS: In Finale format (.mus), hard copies, or .pdf files for songs that include brass, string, woodwinds, (written) vocal sheet music, and rhythm.

2. CLICK TRACKS: In individual track wave format, so you can mix it your self, or pre-mixed in mp3 format. We can meet your need if you use an iPod in your worship service or lap top and software!

3. PART CD's: We make vocal part cds that line up with the arrangement of the charts and click to help your team save time in learning new material.

Here is a link to our new resource page on our Music ministry website! It is still under construction. We will be posting samples of what these things look and sound like for you very soon.

You may ask, "Will there be a cost?" Absolutely! But it's well worth it.... trust me...

I attended a worship conference about 9 or 10 years ago. During the worship part of the conference, I was worshiping in the congregation (not teaching or anything; I was just an attendee). Israel Houghton (before he was big time) pointed me out from the crowd and spoke a word over me that I have tucked away. He said I was like an architect that God was going to use to create and draw a new sound that would minister to people everywhere, but mainly MY PEOPLE. He said I would be a worship leader of a revival-time church at some point in my life. I gotta be honest... I thought he was crazy, because I am so unorthodox (not your typical AG music guy). So I thought it was baloney, but I still tucked that away in one of the chambers of my heart.

I could never figure out the part where he said "MY PEOPLE". But now I look out at our congregation and it is mainly all brown- and black-skinned people like me. I asked myself, "Is that it?? God wanted me to be in a place that what I did draw up musically could be received?" This exact word has been confirmed more than three times and from people that I trust. I began asking myself Wednesday night after Pastor's message and this morning, "Is this it, God? Is this the time? Is this the church? Am I ready? And, most importantly, am I the guy?"

I purchased the tape of that worship conference service, and until about 5 years ago (I misplaced it) I would pull it out every now and then and listen to it. Please understand, I don't think that revival or any great move of God is going to be through me. I don't think that at all. I just think and know that I will be part of one; when and how I don't know... but I am still so grateful. I guess what I'm saying is that the season is coming. I am not sure what God has in store for Westover Hills, but I sense in my spirit it is huge. It's kind of like a storm - you feel the winds, and you can see the sky change and even smell something different in the air before the storm ever hits. I am feeling the wind blow a little harder. I am seeing the change in the clouds and sky. I am also smelling rain in the air… the storm is gonna hit. Are we ready?
