Hey everyone. Finally broke down and put up a couple albums on itunes. Not such a bad thing I guess. Both "The Choir at Your Door" (Search: The Choir at Your Door) and "Travel" (Search: Aaron Roche) should be available at most digital music stores by now. To make up for it, I'll be releasing a new record in the new year. Check back for more details soon but some session files are up on myspace and the album is called "Plainspeak" it features: *An orchestral ensemble made up of endless principal chairs from the Chattanooga Symphony *A slew of talented folk including: Tim Hinck (composer, conducter) William Tyler (Silver Jews, Lambchop, Paperhats) Chris Davis (The Cherry Blossoms) Dan Burns (The Biv, Married, etc) Sarah Dark (Voice of an angel) Nathan Phillips (Lives in our Basement) Whitni Roche (violin, wife) and many more!!!!! All told I'm very excited about this album and a website with details and dates will be coming soon. That's all for now friends, aaron

Looking very much forward to being back on the road after our december voyage on both coasts. Julie Lee and Nathan Phillips. IF you haven't heard them, they both have new records out that I worked on.... Buy them... At home i've been recording quite a bit of new material which is pretty noisy. I'll keep everyone updated. That's all for now. Looking forward to seeing friends back east.
p.s. Just watched 8 1/2 by fellini; restored my faith in italian films.

Pre-holiday greetings to one and all. The Choir at Your Door is a christmas album that Nathan Phillips and I did a couple of years ago with the intent of send ing it to family and close friends. Now it is being officially released through relive records. You can purchase it a number of ways.
1. At the shows (there will be multiple concerts happening on both the east and west coast) which will feature a number of different musicians and super 8 videos provided by adam farnsworth
2. On the myspace: www. myspace. com/choiratyourdoor
3. On i-tunes in a couple of weeks
Although I'm a fan of digital media. I would really suggest buying the physical copy at the myspace or shows. The artwork was done by 3 bears design and printed at stumptown printers in portland. It is really pretty looking and would make a wonderful christmas stocking present.
Also I will be releasing another christmas e.p. this season that features nine christmas songs both original and traditional that were recorded on a computer microphone in Nashville a couple years back. It will be available at the shows and also on my myspace.
That's all for now. Hope everyone is doing well and treating others accordingly blessings, aaron

in prophetic fulfillment of a b-side written a few years back that I'm sure nobody has heard, whitni and I are moving to riverside california for a year point 5 so whitni can do an quick finish masters in english. Being near to LA will be fun for music and I'm looking forward to the surf and the fantastic opportunity spending time with our friends on the west coast. All that to say, we're really gonna miss nashville terribly. Thanks to everyone in nashville for so many fantastic memories. It's really quite impossible to say how much we love our town so it's probably just better to say "I'm sure we'll be seeing you soon."
in other news we've just finished up our tour of europe and it's been a fantastic voyage. Last night we played a really really special concert with Iain Archer and friends and an old cathedral in london. It was so incredible. Also I think there's some reviews from the greenbelt festival circulating. It's been amazing to meet so many kind hearted people on this journey and we look forward to doing it all over again in the future. That's all for now. we're heading back to the states tommorrow and a uhaul awaits for a trek across america.
