Fair Friends -

As many of you know, the 25th Anniversary of the 1982 World's Fair is
rapidly approaching.  The public response we received during our brief
stay at the West Town kiosk was incredible.  At World's Fair, LLC, we
have big plans.  Big as in SUNSPHERE big!

Please check out the below link.  If you feel inclined, please sign this
petition as it will further demonstrate the communities support and play
a large part in furthering our cause.  It's very easy...enter name,
e-mail address and zip code, then hit the "Sign Petition" button.
Please forward this to anyone you feel may be interested. Time is of the
essence as we currently have several meetings scheduled with "the powers
that be."

If you have time, visit our homepage by clicking on the Circle Flame
logo. You can view photos and video, leave some feedback or buy
merchandise at the store.

Thank you in advance for your support.

Current mood:  cheerful

It's been six weeks here sitting in West Town Mall. I'm ready to move on. Thus, I'm packing my bags on the last Saturday of 2006. I'm going to take a few days off then start our 2007 as hard as I can. If anyone whats to help in my effort to have some 82WF parties, please write. My clothing can still be bought so don't blow your sphere just yet. Go over to the home site. www.1982worldsfair.com more stuff to come. You'll be seeing me soon enough. Thanks for all the love over the holidays. Really...Thanks.

Current mood:  chipper

The mall is officialy busy. Thank God they got that road fixed out there in time. This past weekend was our biggest yet. Bigger than the weekend after Thanksgiving I think. You know the old fair loves a crowd. I'm hoping it just gets bigger and better every day till my closing day on New Years Eve. As of now it looks like we're going to make about as much profit as we did last time in 82. Somewhere between $52 and $57. But we're not going to loose any money:-)

Current mood:  embarrassed

Well so I'm sitting here yesterday and up walks Amelia Daniels with WATE 6 with a camera in tow. I'm very camera shy for what ever reason and when they start straping mics to me, forget about it. Anyway, if you want to check it out go to www.wate.com scroll down to the video section.

Current mood:  crazy
Man...back in 82, rain was my worst nightmare. It would practically shut me down for the day. It's funny that now 25 years later I'm sitting here literally praying to the lord above that the weather will turn nasty nasty nasty. Could it at least be cold please? It seems that bad weather packs out this mall like you wouldn't believe. When it's all sunny and nice, all the shoppers go to Turkeyforge over there. When it's crappy, they come see Me over here at Historic West Town Mall. This place has been so desolate since Saturday, it's making me bitter and tired. I'm made for people Damnit, and when the people are gone, I rote. Just look at my old yard downtown if you have any doubt about that.

Current mood:  bored

Well the mall is back to normal after a crazy weekend. Friday was really the only crazy day in here. The weather outside of this cave was absolutely perfect. That's if you're into 70 degrees and sunny. The mall was fairly dead saturday and sunday due to this and the UT football game. So I just sat there..like today.. looking up through the evil skylight above my kiosk and thinking about what I could be doing if I wasn't stuck here watching anti-perfect weather people walk by in the shuffle. I hope everybody else is playing somewhere.

Current mood:  tired

Holly Poop! This is the craziest thing I've seen in a while. What sort of person waits at 4:30am for 30 minutes so that they can get into a store first to save 30% off of purchaces of $75 or more.

Lord please help these people. Give them the wisdom over this retail phycology and the stregth to stay in bed next year to sleep off that food hangover because they're not looking so good. Niether am I. Please give your humble servant in West Town Mall here the peace of mind and humor to make it through this day. AMEN
